Several things had happened and not only Daisy, but everyone else, were still in complete disbelief at all the events that had happened in the past one year. It was absolutely miraculous and wonderful. In one year, all the years of war and discriminations against the Isle of the Lost had been fixed to a certain extent.

There had been multiple troubles like Mal leaving to the Isle, Ben and Daisy getting kidnapped by the blue-haired, feisty captain Uma, Mal turning into a dragon, Audrey slowly going evil but eventually returning to her good self after a fight. Daisy even wondered throughout how she had managed to be calm and sane, especially when she found out that neither Mal nor Ben ever thought to discuss with her that they were planning to close off contact from the Isle for good. The betrayal and hurt she had felt was something the princess never ever wanted to experience again. Ever.

But maybe the answer to her question had been Carlos De Vil. Her boyfriend. Her Buttercup. The two had been happier than ever, the VK always patient with the princess especially when it came to her hectic job as the Royal Adviser. They weren't flamboyant with their relationship, always in referring to go on simple dates curated by Carlos, cuddling in bed with their dog, Dude and giggling into their kisses which always left butterflies in the teenagers' stomachs. Love. It was an emotion Carlos never expected he would ever feel. But the immense happiness he fell whenever he was with Daisy was enough for him to pour his heart out in his fast ramble to the princess, confessing his love right after the entire Cotillion fiasco. And to no one's surprise around, Daisy practically squeaked her answer back, pulling him to a passionate kiss causing Evie and Mal to tear up, Ben to cringe and Jay to pretend to barf at them although one thing was sure. Everyone was happy. To a certain extent, at least since life always loved to bring problems one after the other.

But at least life was good enough to allow them to have time to solve some of the unending problems too like when Mal and Ben, as the new rulers of Auradon and after guidance from their Royal Advisor, had announced that the entire inhabitants of the Isle of the Lost would now be allowed to live in Auradon with everyone else. It was day to be celebrated. A day when a bridge would be formed between the two enemies to convert them from enemies to friend. Comrades.

A few months had passed since that celebrated, joyous day. A few months since Daisy gladly accepted Carlos's proposal, a simple event which took the help of not only Jane, Be and the other three VK's but also Daisy's other best friends, Harry and Uma. He knew that his mother hadn't completely approve of the change in both her and his lifestyle which was why she was still under supervision but Carlos also knew deep down that it was his life and decision, not his mother's.

"Stop. Stop. Why are you fidgeting so much?" Jay rolled his eyes at his friend who continued pacing back and forth, fidgeting with his tie. He hated to admit but for now, Carlos looked handsome. Hand tailored white shirt with a black, tie black coat and black trousers was a simple and cliché look but that didn't mean Carlos looks boring. His white-and-black hair matched perfect along with his cheeky face.
