Warning: This chapter will be short. Mainly coz it's a filler chapter and the main point of it was covered in Emma's PoV but still.. enjoy..

The school was buzzing. Everyone was excited about the football semi-final. The last time I attended a school football match, it didn't end that well. *cough Zoe cough*

Anyway, I sat at the bleachers as the teams walked to the field and the cheerleaders screamed and cheered their hearts out doing backflips and throwing pom poms in the air.

The match started off well. I watched Tristan and Kyle do whatever they do in a football match. I know nothing about this game. Remember?

"Prom is almost around the corner." Ava said.

"Yeah it is. Speaking of prom, how are you and Jake?" I smirked.

She blushed and cleared her throat. "Well, we are fine. How are you and Tristan."

I looked away from her hoping she hasn't seen my tomatoes sorry cheeks as I remembered last week's incident. I kept replaying it over and over again. And if I told you I didn't love it, I would be lying to you.

Suddenly, Ava gasped. "Did you two.." She trailed off when I blushed even harder -if that's even possible- and squealed.

Soon, Audrey and Val joined us.

"What happened?" Audrey asked.

"Tristan and Ella are a thing now." Ava said.

Cue the fan girl squeals. Wow, how are my ears still perfect.

"We are not." I squeaked.

"Don't deny it doughnut girl." Val said.

"Tristella! My number one OTP!!" Audrey sighed dreamily.

I rolled my eyes and tried to focus on the game. I caught Zoe glaring at me a few seats away and I just shrugged.

*******************

We won! Again! All of us jumped and rushed forward to hug the boys. Unfortunately, that meant Zoe too.

I almost laughed. She tried to hug Tristan but he not so nicely shoved her away and instead hugged me. It's not that I feel good about the way he did it. I am just happy he wasn't playing with my feelings like certain people would have done...

"Congratulations!" I said throwing my arms around him.

"It's not over yet." He whispered.

I looked at him confusedly and he smiled.
Then, I heard a matching band. They walked to the middle of the field and waved at me. I waved back reluctantly.
What's happening?

Then, the screen which showed the scores changed and was replaced with the words.

'Ella Huntley, will you be my girlfriend?'

I looked back at Tristan who was holding flowers and grinning wildly.

"Will you?" He asked.

I smirked. "Me? With you? Absolutely not!"

His smile faded immediately. The rest stared at me shocked. Only Audrey laughed and shook her head at me and she was soon joined by Val and Ava.

"You won't?" Tristan looked like he wanted to cry. He was so adorable.

"No." I scoffed.

"Oh well-" I cut him off by kissing him.

"That was a prank you big dummy." I laughed.

He faked a glare and pulled me in for another kiss. I was vaguely aware of the whooping and cheering and shouting. I was happy. Really happy for once.. And right now, all that mattered was Tristan Callahan.

We drove home from school with Kyle still congratulating himself. I spotted Mom in the kitchen reading something. Mom.. it felt nice to finally call her that. It was going to need some getting used to though. Immediately she heard us, she pocketed her letter and smiled.

Kyle kept praising himself until I shut him down. Mom soon excused herself and went to her room.

Something was up with her. I waved away the thoughts and decided to try video games with Tristan and Kyle.

I lost at everything.

Darn boys!

When it clocked seven, Tristan kissed me goodbye and left with the girls. Ty was at some family dinner and Jake was visiting his sister at her boarding school.

Em- sorry Mom called us for dinner and for the first time, she seemed lost. She didn't even react when Ethan and Josh decided to have a mini food fight until Matt stopped them. Speaking of Matt, he had just returned from France. He had gone with Amy to visit Paris. Why? Because they're dating now. Epic! I know.

Did you actually believe me?

You did, well my lying skills are getting better.

Anyway, Matt left a while ago to attend some education thingy in France and now he was back. See, I didn't completely lie.

After dinner, I helped mom clear the table.
I planned on talking to her and asking her what was wrong but I didn't even have to.

"Ella? Honey, can I talk to you?" She asked.

"Sure." We headed to her room. I had a deep feeling this was not going to be a joyful discussion.

Audrey: Hello guys. I am standing in for Catchadonut because she isn't feeling well. Yes, she definitely isn't gagged and tied to a chair behind me..hehehe. Anyway, just wanted to say on behalf of her that I love you and please vote and comment.

Ella: *whispers in Audrey's ear*

Audrey: Oh and don't forget to eat fruits and veges... and donuts. Be prepared for the next update soon and keep telling all your friends about LWTM.

Ella: *whispers again*

Audrey: Oh yeah and we're still waiting on those exciting guesses for the Christmas gift. Stay cheer- ful. Alright toodles.
