☽ CHAPTER FOURTEEN ☽

I watched Ranboo resting on his bed. He was still healing. The doctor said that they had tried their best to disinfect the wound but theres still a possibility of infection, leading to death.

I haven't really left the room, only to get something if Ranboo needed it. Ranboo's like my brother so I usually stayed by his side, keeping him company so he doesn't get too bored.

Then there was a soft knock on the door.

"Come in."

The door opened. I turned around to see a disheveled Technoblade in the doorway. I turned back to Ranboo, giving him a kiss on the forehead. Then walked towards Techno and pulled him outside. I softly shut the door to the room and brought Techno to mine.

"What in the world were you thinking?!"

"Y/N- I got jealous."

"Jealous? JEALOUS OF WHAT?"

"YOU AND RANBOO KEPT SPENDING TIME TOGETHER AND-"

"HES LIKE MY LITTLE BROTHER OF COURSE I'M GONNA SPEND TIME WITH HIM!"

"Y/N the voices. The voices were so loud."

"That doesn't excuse shit. You should've fought against them Techno. YOU STABBED RANBOO FOR GODS SAKE AND HE MIGHT DIE BECAUSE OF YOU!"

"Y/N I'm sorry."

"I'm not the person you should be apologizing to. Go say sorry to Ranboo then leave. Leave this castle and never come back. I never want to see you again."

"Y/N please I love you-"

"You think I don't feel the same? I love you too but you've screwed up one too many times and I'm tired. You're not making anyone happy being here. Just go."

At this point we both had tears streaming down our face. Techno looked at me with pained eyes and left. I stayed in my room, standing with my chin up, but the moment he closed that door behind him I broke down. I collapsed and fell to the floor, sobbing, asking why it ended this way.

Maybe he was still right outside my door. Maybe I could catch up to him, and tell him I forgive him.

I rushed to the door and opened it. He wasn't there. I ran to the room where Ranboo was staying. Techno was apologizing to Ranboo, who was awake now. Thank goodness I made it in time.

"Techno-"

Techno just ignored me and walked past. What? I asked Ranboo what Techno was doing and he told me that Techno was leaving. I messed up didn't I. Ranboo tried comforting me the best he could. But suddenly cried out in pain.

"Ranboo?"

"Y/N I'm not gonna die? Am I?" He said, his pain evident in his shaky voice.

"No no no Ranboo the doctors will be here soon you'll be fine. Ill get Niki ok?" I said, squeezing his hand before leaving.

I ran outside, telling the maids to get the doctor immediately and rushed to Niki's guest bedroom.

"Niki, Ranboo needs you."

We both ran to the medical room, this reminds me of when Ranboo was stabbed. But when we reached the room instead of finding Ranboo healing, we found him dying.

We rushed to his side, holding him in our arms. Calming the crying boy. The doctor said that the wound was infected and Ranboo would soon pass. The longest he had was a couple days.

"It's ok boo, your sister is here." Niki said, her voice breaking.

I just sat in silence, crying. Am I really losing two people in one day?

I gave Ranboo a small kiss on the forehead, Niki doing the same. Ranboo smiled softly.

"Thank you for loving me you guys, I was hoping to get better and we could go on a picnic together but I guess it was never meant to be." He said weakly, attempting to cover up his pain.

Then he was gone.
