The basic infantryman of the ROE army. Consists of a color of nationalities, with the currently available data's are Russians and Germans. Armed with guns from the golden era, they can do ample amount of damage when superior in numbers.

German saboteurs, or engineers. Lightly armed in nature. Sporting fast firing submachine guns, they safeguard the back lines of the army and are responsible for setting up supply points. They are also in charge of driving tanks and other vehicles.

Byrons are enhanced human soldiers of the ROE army. Having access to more advanced weapons and armor, they are truly valuable to the organization. Supposedly being able to go toe-to-toe with basic constructs, they form the backbone of the vanguard.

Valentyna Szlavuié. An assassin in the spec ops division. Her appearance alone boosts the overall morale of the troops. Not much is known about her, only that she was a former construct abandoned during The Great Retreat.
