~Eight- THE BOOK ~

Y/n POV:

Today was the two year mark..
So my family's gifts wont fade away we have to cast the spell the brought us our gifts or else the will fade within weeks. We had to do it at 10:10 sharp. The whole town was going to see us cast the spell. It was currently 9:30 and we had to look nice for the towns people. It was 9:00 and i was nervous, well i was going  to be in front of the whole town... i have an excuse . I went into Angelo's room to go check on him, i saw him zooming around the room i could tell that he was nervous to. I called his name and he stopped and looked at me with a curios look on his face. I said, " You nervous?" He nodded . I went up to him and tided up his outfit. I patted his head and went to my sisters room ( Valentina and Alejandra) they were still doing there hair. Valentina noticed me and said
" What do you need y/n?" I asked them if they were exited or nervous and Valentina said, " Actually i am kinda nervous since its in front of the whole town."
        " I'm kinda excited but nervous at the same time." Alejandra said. She them asked me, " Sooo hows it going with Camilo, you two have gotten really close lately." She wiggled her eyebrows at me. I rolled my eyes and said
          " Camilo and me are just friends but you and Junior have been getting awfully close.." I wiggled my eyebrows at her. Valentina laughed and Alejandra said
           " Y/n he's a dog.. Just leave so i can get ready!" I walk out hearing Valentina laugh while Alejandra scolds her. I walk towards my parents room and see both my mom and dad getting all the supplies ready. I ask them both
" Sooo hows everything going?" My mom says that they have all the supplies ready. I ask for the time and my dad says that its 9:40 i realize that i need to hurry and do some finishing touches on my look. Time then passed by like seconds. We all went outside and saw all the towns people and the Madrigals, i picked up junior and set him down next to the little kids cause Junior loves attention, and the kids gave him all the attention he would ever want. My mom then told Valentina to get the book inside a couple minutes late she came back out yelling
" THE BOOK! ITS GONE ITS NOT IN THE BOX!" I went inside with her and looked. She was right...it was gone. My mom and the rest of my family came inside to search for the book. After 10 minutes nobody found it.. The Madrigals came in and Abula said
    " Have you guys found the book yet?" My mom shaked her head no. I sat down and put my head down. I saw on the corner of my eye, Junior running inside and walking towards me trying to cheer me up. I smiled and put him on my lap and started to pet him softly. Everybody started discussing and i saw Camilo walking towards me and sat down next to me. I looked at him and smiled weakly, he smiled back. Junior got up and bit Camilo's hand gently and placed it over mine and layed down between us. I laughed and so did Camilo. I was so worried that we would never find the book but it had to be around some were i knew it had to. At 9:50 the book was there but when Valentina went to get the book at 10:00 but it wasn't there the time was 10:30 so the book couldn't be far...right?
