Bella

I sighed as I strolled along the student filled campus. Unfortunately, classes started back today and it seemed as if the entire student body thought this day was important. I couldn't walk ten steps without bumping into someone and quickly apologizing

I continued the long journey to my next class with my eyes hidden behind pitch black shades. It's been a couple of weeks since the incident with the paparazzi. I was hoping the gossiping and rumors would die down before school starts but that wasn't the case. When I first arrived here this morning for my 8:00 am lecture, all eyes were basically on me which made me super uncomfortable. I immediately purchased a hoodie and shades as if it could help any but I used them to attempt to hide anyway.

I entered my last class of the day relieved to see I was the first one there before anyone including the professor. Deciding on a seat in the far back, I placed all of my things down along with my head allowing my hood to cover my entire head. I just couldn't take anymore stares or attention for the day, it was all too much.

"Uh excuse me?"

"Yes?" Annoyed by the tapping this guy was doing on my shoulder obviously trying to get my attention.

"Aren't you Bella?"

"......No." hopefully this guy just goes away and not ask yet another personal question which is what I've been experiencing for the past few weeks

"I know it's you" I sighed slowly lifting my head and to the left to see a tall male standing next to me "it's me, William"

"William?" I had no idea who this guy was although he did look a little familiar

"Remember we met last semester? I told you I thought you were beautiful and you turned me down.." I covered my mouth trying not to laugh at the embarrassing (his behalf) memory on

"Oh Will, right I remember now. How are you?"

"I'm great, you mind if I sit here?" He pointed to the seat next to me that was empty

"No go right ahead"

"Cool, so how's it going?"

I rolled my eyes being reminded of the day I was having. A few students began to enter and just as I'd thought would happen, they came in with their eyes glued to me "not too good" I replied

"Yeah I'm not gonna lie, I heard what's been going around. You're all everyone seems to talk about these days. Are you okay? I can only imagine how difficult it must be for you"

"Yeah well I'm okay, thanks for asking"

"I don't believe it"

"What?"

"The rumors about you ....ya know" he whispered trying his best to not speak too loud being that I already had eyes on me. I found it very respectful of him to not say the rumor out loud, as a way to stop it from spreading. "Rumors are just made up assumptions that are continuously passed around by people that have nothing better to do with their lives. I hope you know not everyone believes in rumors. There are mature people like myself out there"

I chuckled feeling comforted by his words "Thanks Will, at least some people like you exist. I'm actually not too pressed about people believing it anymore"
