Happy Black History Month! ❤️🖤💚💛

Arabella

"Shit I think I'm gonna vomit" Resting my head on the window, I rubbed my tummy feel more nauseous than ever.

"Relax, you're gonna have so much fun! You're attending your first album release party, think of the celebrities you'll meet"

"That's what has me so nervous, I mean who will I talk to all night? I have no friends here Jade"

"Think if it as an opportunity to meet new people Yeah? Hey maybe you could even find an amazing photographer, I'm sure there'll be plenty at a celebrity's party."

"Yeah maybe—oh shit I'm here" I gulped informing her of my arrival at the crowded building "Jade I wish you were here"

"I know me too but I've got tons of homework to do before midnight . Just relax and please try to enjoy yourself"

"Okay I'll try, I may end up texting you as soon as I find a good spot somewhere far in the back or something so keep your phone close"

"Haha okay fine, good luck trying to avoid him all night"

"Gee thanks" I replied before hanging up the call with much hesitation

"Miss? This is your stop"

"Oh right right thanks" Just as I began to reach for the door to exit, it was suddenly whipped open revealing a tall well built man

"Hello I'm Kenny, Justin's personal bodyguard. I'll be escorting you inside Ms.Bella"

"Oh Okay, great thank you" I replied with gratitude as he extended his hand for me to take as I stepped out of the vehicle. Almost immediately, the flashes of cameras began to go off at once which caused me to automatically shelter my eyes. I was confused, why were paparazzi taking a thousand pictures? Was there a celebrity behind me or something

"This way Ms.Bella" I nodded following close behind the large built man. We entered the venue without even checking with security guards which I paid no mind to

I gasped seeing the many musicians and other celebrities lounged around drinking and laughing amongst one another. I imagine this is what it feels like to attend an award show

I smiled hearing Justin's voice blaring through the speakers as his classic throwbacks were being played

"Justin actually hasn't arrived here yet but please help yourself out to the bar right over there in the meantime and there's food right back there. If you need anything, just let me know, I'll be on standby"

"Thank you so much" he simply nodded with a pleasant smile before walking away speaking into an earpiece like the Men in Black. Boy did I feel important with my own bodyguard for a night

Who on earth is late to their own album release party? I'll tell ya who, Justin Drew Bieber

"Can I get you anything Miss?"

"Oh uh just a Coke for me please, thanks." I figured I would steer clear of any alcohol for the night not wanting to risk anything with so many people around. Three drinks in and I would be pushing through the crowd to find Justin and makeout.

As the bartender prepared my drink, I took the time to really look around and scan the place which is something I tend to do when in an unfamiliar place

There were so many rich people under one roof, it seemed disrespectful to breathe the same air as people with such high status. I would be lying if I said I didn't feel out of place and completely comfortable. Everyone here shared something in common and whether that was the number of zeros in their bank accounts or their relationship with the artist, I felt like the oddball sitting here at the bar.
