Chapter 9.

Girl's POV:

[(Author's POV: It's the girl with Haru)]

Currently, there's a boy around my age in front of me right now while trying to protect me. He has a handsome but quite cute face with unique hair color white and a golden eyes.

To tell you the truth, when I thought that I was going to die and meet my mother again, he appeared suddenly without us even realizing it.

Of course, I'm surprised as I didn't know that there would be a person the same age as me to be in the forest.

At first, I thought that maybe he just lost his way home. But, after talking and exchanging a conversation with the people who wants to kill me because of my bloodline he declared that he's here to help me without knowing that he's life is endangered.

I don't know why he had to go this far, for someone like me he had never known or seen before. But I'm happy, because I never thought there would be another person like him who would not hesitate to help a complete stranger person like me.

At the same time I couldn't help but feel guilty. Because if it wasn't for me, he shouldn't be in my situation. I appreciated that he wants to help me, but he could be damned if I don't convince him to just leave here.

For this reason, I have to do everything I can to save him at least in exchange for my life, because I don't want anyone else to die because of me.

"Don't be too arrogant, kid! And don't bother us to kill this woman. If you still want to live, just leave and don't tell others what you saw here."

After I heard this, I saw it as a chance to convince him to just leave here and just forget everything that happened in this place.

When I was about to speak, to tell him to just follow what they said and save his own life, he suddenly spoke-

"What if I don't want to? What will you do?"

When I heard what he said, I couldn't help but feel afraid that even he who had no knowledge of what had happened would die because of me again.

"Then, we don't have a choice but to kill you along with that evil woman."

I wanted to speak and tell him to leave and just not to worry about me, but not even one word I wanted to say came out of my lips. It was as if something was stopping me from saying what I wanted to say.

"If so, I also have no choice but to kill you as well."

But even so I still tried, but until the end still no words came out of my lips.

"I see! I see, so in the end you will choose to side with that evil woman rather than your own life, and you still have the courage to really challenge us to a battle. Do you really think that you can beat us? Well, too bad! because you're only a normal human with no power not like us, but I have to say that you have a guts kid. But in the end, you're just only a mere child who knows nothing---"

"Hey all of you! Attact and kill them both without leaving a single trace. Do you understand?!"

Until I felt as if I was tied to a chain and confined to a cage.

And that's when I also realized how much destiny really involved in making me and my loved ones experience a repeated tragedy of pain and sorrow.

When I'm about to give up, I suddenly heard a voice-

'Calm down, I'm here.'

Its a faint voice and hard to recognized on where it came from but that word made me look at the boy in front of me.

For some reason, when I looked at him with his back I felt a strange feelings of comfort and security. Even though its not the right time to pace out in some of my imagination, I couldn't help it as I admired the bravery that he was showing while facing the group of mages people who wants to kill me.

"Yare Yare......."

That is the last thing I remembered he said with a refreshing smile. As he started to overpowered the group of mages people.

At that time, I couldn't do anything and just watched him fight at the very end. At first, I thought that maybe he's just bluffing and using some kind of trick as I couldn't believe that he was that powerful.

But I put that thought away, when I see him once again using his power restoring all the casualties he just caused in this forest.

I don't know how in the world he was able to be that powerful at that age. But there is the only thing I can say he was cool, amazing, and handsome when he fight that I couldn't help but admired him more.

After a while, he started approaching me and when reached at my place, he suddenly asked something--

"Are you okay?" Haru asked nicely, as he reached out his hand to the girl.

"Eh? A-ah yes!"

The girl replied a bit surprised as she instantly grab Haru's hand.

"Can you walk?"

"Y-yes...just a bit-" When she said this, she immediately tried to walk but even before she could even take her first step to walk, she suddenly lost her balance.

Noticing this, Haru instantly grab the girl's body with gentleness as he caress the girl. The girl was a bit flustered as her face turn crimson red, when she noticed that Haru grabbed her body.

Looking at the girl's body closely, Haru can see few wounds and injuries in the girl's full body. As a result, he decided to heal her first.

"Wait a minute, can you stay still there first?"

Saying this, Haru point out a certain rock. The rock is bit big, enough for two people to sit in.

"A-alright, I understand."

Reaching at the designated place which is the big rock Haru pointed out. Haru and the girl sat on it, as he instructed the girl just to stay still the girl didn't hesitate as he instantly followed his instruction- without knowing what would happens next.

Haru suddenly muttered something-

"Heal."

With that said, a green light combined with warmth feeling suddenly envelopes in the girl's body. Not knowing what just happened, the girl suddenly felt a comportable sensation in her whole body, as she recovered instantly without leaving any traces of her previous wounds nor injuries that she got a while ago.

Realizing just what happened to her body, the girl exclaims a surprised voice-

"T-his is....! My wounds and injuries has been healed completely!?"

Hearing her, Haru find it cute as he chuckled a little and stared at the girl he somewhat familiar to.

"So, can you walk now?"

"Y-yeah....!"

"Then, I'm relieved."

Hearing him concerned about her condition, the girl couldn't help but blushed a little as he was happy about it.

On the other hand, Haru was relieved that the girl is fine, but suddenly he remembering something-

"Come to think of it I still didn't introduce myself properly right? My name is Haru, Kamiya Haru, how about you?"

Haru asked, although he has already guessed the girl's name....

Staring blankly at Haru, the girl opened her mouth once again and replied nervously-

"Ak-Akeno, Himejima Akeno..."
