Chapter #5: The Video Idea

Seth's POV

Jake said that Colby invited us to go to a abandoned places with Nate, Sam, and Josh.
"Jake doesn't want to go, that's a first." Y/N says.
"Yea, that's not very Jake to be honest. Doesn't he usually want to go to abandoned and haunted places?" I ask.
"He doesn't believe in the paranormal sadly. Everytime I would rant about it, he would just say it's my brain playing with me." She states.
I get a call from Colby.
"Sam and I just got more information on where were going, it's a really haunted place with multiple reports of scratches, screams, and shadow figures. Also, Sam is planning that we should stay the night. What do you think?" Colby asks.
"That's a insane idea!" Y/N exclaims in the background.
"Is that Y/N in the background?" Sam asks.
"Yep, we're currently heading to Y/N's new apartment if y'all want to talk about it."
"Gotchu, what the apartment room number?" Colby asks.
"It's room #10 on the top floor." Y/N says.
"Alright we'll be there, cya!" Colby says.
"Cya!" Both me and Y/N say.
I hung up.
"Last time I went to a abandoned place was when my friends and I got chased by a cult. Those were the days that felt like I was out of reality." She says.
"And how did that go for you Y/N?" I ask sarcastically.
"Well- lets just say it was a fantastic night."
We both laugh and walked out of the elevator and headed to the room and see Colby and Sam already at the door.
"You guys are early." Y/N says sarcastically.
"Yea, we had nothing to do anyways." Colby states.
"Relatable honestly." Y/N says.
She goes to the door and unlocks.

It was still in work in progress but it was just a calm and comfortable vibe hangout. Just think of a modern shack in a backyard.
We walked around and found the kitchen. Y/N and I placed our breakfast on the kitchen counter. We continued to walk around and found bedrooms, bathrooms, and another living room. This is just a small complex apartment at this point.
"The only that can actually be functional is the kitchen, so let's just talk over there. I'll be ordering furniture as y'all talk." Y/N states and walks away.

Sam, Colby, plus me went to the kitchen and started talking about the video plan.
"So this place doesn't allow trespassers-" Colby gets cut off by Y/N.
"Yea no shit Sherlock." She says laughing to herself in the other room.
Everyone laughs.
"As I was saying- the tour guides will there till 8:00 PM. They also gave us permission to stay the night there."
"How are even going to sleep there?" I ask.
"We are bring blankets, pillows, tents cause the building has flat grounding in certain areas and thats it." Sam states.
"Don't worry, we are bringing snacks and food with us." Colby says.
"FUCK YEA!" Y/N exclaims.
She comes out of the room and sits right next to me.
"I remember Jake talking about you after he told us about you. He said that you can always be such a mood some time." Colby states.
"Moving on! I just found the coolest furniture!" She says holding up her phone with the list of furniture showing.
"Dang, that shit fire!" Sam says.
"Back to the video idea, are we doing a paranormal investgation there?" She asks.
"Absolutely fuck not-" I get cut off.
"Yea we are, sorry Seth." Sam says and everyone laugh.

I'm already getting a bad vibe from this idea already.

"The tour guides want us to film tomorrow because the rest of the days they are on break." Colby says.
"Thats delightful." Y/N says sarcastically.
"Wait- weren't Nate and Josh going?" I ask.
"Josh had other plans and Nate is going to see Spiderman No Way Home." Sam says.
"Dang." I say.
"Well you guys get yourselves situated for tomorrow and if you have any questions just text us."
"Cya!" I say.
"Bye!" Colby says.

"Are you getting an off vibe from this or is it just me?" Y/N asks.
"Same here honestly."

Let's just hope nothing bad happens.
