Sam's POV

"Quick question Y/N." I say.
"Yea?" She responds in a whimpery tone.
"When you were in your 'mindset' thing, did it ever mention some sort of basement?" I ask.
She winces at something before answering.
"N-not that I remember..."
Something was off with her. Usually she'll give some sort of sarcastic remark but this Y/N worried me. I look at Seth who seemed to also notice too.
"What... basement?" Y/N passed between words that she managed to escape from her mouth.
"I remember using a spirit box-" I get cut off by Seth wide-eyed.

"Y/N, what happened to your arm?!" Seth exclaims.

Colby turns around and speed walks back towards us. I don't even know why he was ahead of us.
"Tell us what happened to your arm Y/N." Seth demands.
I glance at her arm and see blood rushing down her wrist. She's wearing a hoodie so can't barely mange to see her arm fully. However I can see blood seeping through her sleeve.
"Ow shit!"
Colby tried lifting her sleeve up but Y/N winces.

"Can we sit down at least please?" She asks.
"If you do sit you have a higher chance of passing out." Colby states.
Y/N went quiet. Quieter than a sleeping cat.
I get a glance of Seth who seemed like he was having a worried panic attack. He has seen Y/N in many different states but this one may have troubled him. I don't know how to calm him to be honest. I know I may seem like a bad person but shit like this I don't know how to handle. Whatever this thing is doing to my friends is not fucking good. It is causing their lives to be a wreck and I'm prepared to do anything for them to make it better. I don't care if it hurts me.

"Y/N, can we lift up your sleeve?" I ask sofly not to alarm her.
"Y- yea." She managed to say.
I look at Seth then to Colby and we all nodded at each other.
I grab her sleeve with two hands and lifted slowly not to hurt her. She still winced but she understood.

"Oh my god." That's all I thought of to say.

"Who did this?" Seth asks.

"Please believe me when I tell you." Y/N replies seeming like she was about to cry.
I got chills on my neck which ran down my back slowly but cooling.

Y/N's POV

I told them. They look scared and sorrowful. I don't know what they are thinking but I know for sure that its something like "I should've done something about it." "I should've been there for you." or something along the lines of "I'm sorry." I know for a fact that Seth wanted to be there for me when it happened. I don't blame him. I would've wanted to be there for him too.

"Y/N, when you were in that 'realm' did you happened to hear something about a basement?" Sam questions.

Thank god somebody changed the subject.

"Not that I remember. It feels like my memories from that 'realm' doesn't want to transfer from there to here. I can only remember some of what happened in there." I respond.

I look to Colby who seemed to be deep thought about something. He needs to blurt it out soon enough.

"Did anyone bring bandages, first aid, anything that can help her arm?" Seth requests.

"Oh shit I forgot about that part." Sam jokes quietly to himself.

He pulls out rubbing alcohol, bandages, and a bottle of water. From my view, I saw at least 8 bottle of water. I couldn't tell what brand but most likely could've been Dasani from the bottle shape. And I was right, it was Dasani. I don't know why I'm focusing on a water bottle this hard before. I've never done that before. Most likely because I'm slowly losing it right now. Am I even sane right now? Doesn't feel like it. I need to say something but the words won't come out of my lips. It feels like something is stopping me from saying it. I pull up my head slightly up and look at my surroundings. Something is here with us. I look to my left and see in the distance and dark fading. The more I stared into the mysterious, black void, it felt there were people there watching us suffer from a distance. I couldn't see them fully but it looked like they were wearing the same thing. They stood there anonymously.

"What do you see out there?" Sam asks.

"I- I don't know." I replied.

When I spoke it felt like I was vomiting. This doesn't feel like me.

"Y/N, I'm right here for you. You need to get this off you. What you see is real. I see them too. You need get down to the basement. Something is down there waiting for you from what I heard." It was Alan.

His voice, I always remembered his soft, deep voice of his. It always seemed to calm Johnathan down back when everyone was getting along just fine. His voice when I heard it gave me flashbacks to all the old times. Old times that I don't want to remember. His lifeless body, Andrew, me getting dragged, Seth having to be there and see me almost die. All of this made me want to stab myself repeatedly until I couldn't see anything more. Until I couldn't remember my own self. I feel tears rolling down my face as I stare down the dark void. They weren't there anymore, even Alan. The tears were warm and always hurt my eyes. I always hated crying. It made me feel weak, but when I was around Seth, I felt safe and always comforted by his presence.

"Y/N...?"

Someone spoke my name and I can't tell who it was. I felt arms around me and running. Is that Colby and Sam running into the void? Did they see something that I couldn't see?

"Are you okay, talk to me!?" Seth exclaims.

"I s-saw Al-Alan." I managed to speak.

"What do you mean you saw Alan?" He asks.

"He's helping us, we need to get to Sam and Colby." I state.

I feel chills run down my spine. Something was wrong I could tell. We need to end this before its too late.

"GUYS!!" I could tell it was Colby who shouted.

I turn to Seth who looked to where Colby yelped and back to me. He knew I was right.
