S2 Chapter #5: Sane Or Insane

Sam's POV

I finally made it to the end of the hallway. I began to feel chills down my spine again. I sat down on the dirty pavement. Something didn't feel right in this exact spot. I look to the left corner and felt a presence there. My body felt wrong as soon as I looked there.

"~Here~"

I turn around to where I heard the noise and saw nothing. What the fuck is going on? I set my backpack in front of me and pulled out the spirit box. I turn it on and waited.

"~Warning~"

The fuck-

"~Warning~"

Why is it repeating?

"~Warning~"

"~Awake~"

"~The door~"

"~Open~"

"~In basement~"

I quickly turned it off and waited till I calmed myself down. Why the fuck was it talkin about a basement? There is no basement here? That's strange. I have to go back cause maybe Y/N could've woken up. My biggest question right now is that what the fuck is going on with Y/N. Something could've triggered into remembering something that she doesn't want to relive.

I got up from the dirty pavement and got myself stabilized onto the ground. Everything felt not so real anymore. It felt like I was losing myself slightly. My head felt heavy, my body felt wrong, everything just felt wrong. I don't know how to describe it. Is this what Y/N felt before she passed out?

Y/N's POV

"Hello!? Anybody out there?" I call out.
Still no response.
I look one more time at my surroundings and knew that I had to give up at that moment.
"Son of a bitch!" I yell at myself.
I never like it when I just get mad all of a sudden. Getting angry or frustrated at somebody is the worst feeling. When I lashed out on Seth, I felt- terrible. I mostly felt regret cause something deep down inside of me knew that I may could've hurt his feelings. I should apologize to him when I get out of here. I don't even know how to explain where the fuck I am. This kind of reminds me of Stranger Things where Eleven goes to another dimension. I think that's Will Byers who gets lost in the Upside Down. I watched the entire series at this point.

What if I am in the spirit world? That's just a theory. I've been in here for a long time. Hold up, am I dead? I'm probably just going insane at this point.
I sat on against the wall and let a couple of tears roll down my face. I just wanted to see the group again. Especially Seth just holding me. Now that he's not here, I feel so empty and alone. I just wish he knew that I was currently thinking about him.
What if somebody knew that I was here?

As soon as I said that in my mind, I feel somebody near me.

"~Sam~"

Oh my god.

"If there is somebody on the other side, please give us a sign."

Sam's POV

"If there is somebody on the other side, please give us a sign." I demanded.
I sat against a wall with a spirit box in my hand. I began to shake a lot. I didn't know what was going on a this point. However, weird thing is was that I felt a presence near me. It felt like it was sitting right next to me.

"Here." The thing said.
"Who am I talking to?"
"Y/N."

Something told me I wasn't. It felt like the Sallie House all over again. Sallie not being 'Sallie' then some demon pretending to be a child spirit.

"Woke up."

What. Tell me that meant that Y/N woke up. Please tell me that I actually did something right for once.
I got up and started to jog towards Seth and Colby's direction.

"~Lies~"

Seth's POV

I sat against a wall with Colby standing up who kept trying to call Sam. No answers from him at all.
"Dude where the fuck is he?!" Colby exclaims.
"Sam probably just wants to know why Y/N just passes out randomly. I don't blame him for going out there." I state.
I play with Y/N's hair. I look over to her face to see that her eyes are starting to flutter open.
"Hey, look who's awake. How are you feeling?" I ask calmly not wanting to alarm her. Well by then she already alarmed herself.

"Where the fuck am I? What happened!? Where is Sam!?" She yells before wincing in pain.
"How the fuck did I wake up? Is he gone?!" She adds more questions.
"Wait, who is he?" Colby asks.

Y/N couldn't help but bawl. God I hate it when she is hurt this badly.

"I SAW HIM, I FUCKING SAW HIM!! HE GRABBED MY FUCKING ANKLES AGAIN!!!" She yelled and screamed grasping onto me tight. She buried her head into my neck and cried. I rubbed her back slowly.

Sam gladly came running back with a shocked face.

"Oh my god, it was right You did wake up." He mumbled.

"What do you mean 'It was right.'?" Colby asks.

"I had a spirit box in my hand to see if Y/N was on the other side and technically she. However, something else was pretending to be Y/N. Then it said "woke up". That is when I ran over here to see if she wake up. And she did." Sam states.

"We have to get rid of this thing before it hurts her more or any of us. I am not going down until this entity is over and done with hurting others and us." Sam adds

Y/N's POV

I lay in Seth's arms as I continue to let tears run down my cheek then to my neck. I couldn't bring myself to wipe them away.
"Hey there, he won't hurt you anymore. We're with you." Seth whispers into my ear softly. However it didn't calm me down from the fact that Alan was here.
"Y/N." Sam says my name.
"Y-yea." I break away my words from the tears.
"What did you see in your dream?" Sam asks.
"Don't ask that cause that maybe a stressor for her." Seth states.
"Seth it's fine, it is only for the better anyways." I respond. I sat up in Seth's embraced arms and leaned against his chest.

"Alan is haunting place. Alan Winchester. He knows about this place better than us. I remember something just kept disappearing then reappearing. By the time I got a good look of the entity, i- it grabbed me by the ankles t-then slid me across the pavement. It felt it wasn't a dream. It felt so real. I could feel everything in that place. The thing is I woke up where I originally passed out. Before I woke up, it mentioned some basement." I told.

I look towards Sam's face who seemed shocked from my experience.

"The spirit box mentioned a basement and some warning." He states looking down at the spirit box that was in his hand that's currently turned off.

"~Indeed~"

We all look down at the dark abyss of a hallway and see a lanky, tall shadow figure standing far away from us.

"~Asleep~"
