Seth's POV
It was 9:00 PM. Y/N and I were just chilling at my apartment listening to music and playing video games.
I was in room just scrolling through tiktok.
What can I do to not feel bored I thought to myself. How about the idea of me and Y/N going skateboarding down the streets, nah that's really safe. Last time I skateboarded was when I got chased some random guy. How about chilling on the roof top!? GOOD IDEA!!
I got up from my bed and went to the guest room where Y/N was.
"Hey Y/N I have question, would you like to chill on top of the roof with me?" I ask.
"I was going to ask you that like a couple minutes ago but I didn't know how to ask you so I kept on saying it in head- you know what enough of my ranting, I would love to." She says getting up and grabbing her Minecraft blanket from the chair.
"Why do you have that?" I ask.
"My friend gave to me last year, don't judge me."
I laugh, she just so stupid, in a good way <33
We walked to the elevator and went to the top floor.
"Dude, we should start a Minecraft world together." Y/N whispers loudly.
"Why are you whispering!?"
"Good question, I don't know."
When we made to the top floor, life just went suddenly not real. Everything just felt so, different all of the sudden.
"Are you okay Seth?" She asks.
"Yea, just tired.
She nods.
We walked up the stairs to the roof top.
The the soft cold breeze hit us.
We walked near the edge but still far away.
We sat down.
"I've always wanted to do this with someone, but I just never found the right person." I state.
"Same here, when I think I found the right person, they just somehow always find a way to break the trust between you and them." Y/N states.
She puts her blanket around both of us since its cold out.
"Think about it, life is short but it's the longest thing you'll ever experience. It reminds me of Tick Tick BOOM kind of, you know?" I say.
"We just gotta hang on to the ones we love."
A tear started to roll down.
"Are you okay?" She ask.
"Yea, it's just I never had someone like you in my life." I state.
Without even thinking, I hugged her. I never really do that with people.
She hugged back.
At this point, it was just silence, comfortable silence. It's only been just a couple of days and I love her with all my heart, but how do I express it.
"You know, sometimes we just have those moments we just never got have in past but we always wanted them to happen to us. Those times just suck. " Y/N states.
We let go.
Bing
It came from Y/N's phone.
"Sam and Colby wants to head out by 4:00 AM." She states staring back up from her phone.
Are you shitting me?
"Yea we should head in."
-Time Skip-
We walked into the apartment and went to our rooms.
"GOODNIGHT SETH!"
"GOODNIGHT Y/N!"
She's the best person I've ever met.
