~Hoodie's P.O.V.~
The rest of the day went well. We discovered (Y/n) was fast and stealthy, but they absolutely sucked at hand to hand combat. I chuckled to myself, remembering the look on their face every time they were swept off their feet. They were so mad, but they stood right back up every time, ready to get knocked down again. I know they'll make an amazing creepypasta.
I closed the bedroom door behind me and flopped down onto my bed. I tried to process the many emotions flowing through me. I felt guilty, hurt, and confused all at the same time. I liked the person my best friend liked, and I didn't know what to do about it.
"God damn it, what do I do?" I groaned and covered my face with my hands. I pulled my mask off and stared at it. "Why can't life just be simple for two minutes?"
A soft knock came from my door. I jumped and quickly slid my mask back on. I opened the door to find Masky.
"Hey man, we need to talk," He said. He slid past me and sat on the chair in the corner of my room.
I closed the door and pulled my mask back off. I sat on the edge of my bed and let out a long sigh. "It's (Y/n), isn't it," I said more than asked.
He pulled his mask off as well. "Yup."
"We both like them. What do we do?" I asked him.
He shrugged. "Wait, I guess. They barely know us. If they even decide they like one of us, then that'll be it I guess. No competition, no silly games or jealousy, just them deciding who's a better fit for themself."
I stared at my feet, not wanting to meet his gaze. "You're right. If they end up liking one of us like that, then we need to promise not to let it get between us. No hard feelings, no matter what."
"Okay. Pinky promise?" His hand came into my frame of vision, pinky finger sticking out.
I wrapped my pinky around his. "Pinky promise," I confirmed. We laughed at the immaturity of the promise. I hoped deep down that we'd never break it.
~(Y/n)'s P.O.V.~
I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
Jeff, BEN, and LJ were sitting at a tiny circular princess table. Their faces were caked with crudely applied sparkly eyeshadow and red lipstick. They were all wearing tiaras and sipping fake tea from tiny plastic teacups while Sally prepared another pot of imaginary tea.
I watched silently from the doorway of Sally's room for a few minutes before BEN noticed my presence. We locked eyes. His began to grow with fear and embarrassment. He nudged Jeff's arm.
"What the heck, dude? You nearly made me spill my tea," Jeff exclaimed. BEN pointed at me. Jeff turned and made eye contact with me.
He shrieked like a little girl, making LJ jump. "Bro, what was that for..." LJ trailed off. All three of them were staring directly at me.
"Hey, guys. Playing a little dress up?" I tried to hide the laugh building in my chest.
My voice broke Sally's intense concentration on her tea. She gasped when she saw me. "(Y/n)! Do you wanna play tea party too? We have plenty of room!"
There definitely was not plenty of room, but none of us were about to tell her that. "You know what, Sally? I think (Y/n) would love to join us for tea," said Jeff. Everyone's eyes were back on me.
"Oh, um, I'm a little busy right now, you know, training and whatever. Maybe some other time." I gave a nervous laugh while slowly trying to back out of the room.
Sally ran up to me and gripped my leg. "Please, (Y/n)! Pretty please! Pretty please with sprinkles on top?" She gave me puppy eyes the entire time she spoke.
"Weeellllll, I guess I might be able to make some changes in my plans," I smiled down at her. I couldn't say no to that cute face.
"Yay!" She squealed and did a happy little dance. "But you can't come to the tea party without being dressed up! We have to give you a makeover!"
Before I knew it, I too had a tiara and makeup. "How did I let this happen?" I whispered to myself.
"Don't feel bad, no one can resist her. I heard that she even managed to convince Slender to join once," BEN whispered in my ear.
I felt a little better after that. Soon, we were all chatting and having the best tea party I had ever attended. Everyone that walked by the door was sucked into the party and pretty soon everyone but Slender had joined in. Eventually, we moved the party to the living room so there was enough room for everyone.
'What is going on in here?' Slender's voice rang through our heads. We all turned to face him. He towered in the entryway with his hands on his hips.
"We're having a tea party, Papa!" Sally exclaimed. We all held our breath, scared the party was over.
'And I wasn't invited?' Slender asked, fake hurt lacing his voice.
We all relaxed at this. "Of course you're invited, Slendy! Let's get some makeup on you!" Jeff said.
Soon enough Slender had a smile drawn on his face in lipstick and eyeshadow completely filling the spots where his eyes would be. We all sat and drank fake tea for the rest of the day. It easily had to be one of the best days of my life.
