(Based off of Daley Vigil's backstory from DGS2, and only really works if one of the people doesn't work at the (port mafia, ADA, etc.)
(A) had to get the boot from their job for whatever reason (in some cases, shockingly not murdered as well), and they have to try and keep it from (B), who they're in some form of relationship with, for whatever reason you think fits.
How (B) finds out, is really up to you.
