Felix's POV

"Here's your order, sir" the server said and put down the beer we ordered "Thank you"

"Thank you as well" Chan smiled at him

The server left the vip room. It was only me, Chan, Jisung, Jeongin, Minho, and Changbin who went here straight from the school.

"Where's Seungmin?" Jisung

"Ah, I forgot to tell you all. He went out and ate with Areum. He said he will be here in a minute" Chan answered and started drinking

"Speaking of Areum, can we talk how close she is to the new student?" Jeongin

"What do you expect? Areum is close to everyone in Cle College. She is friends with the new students, knowing Areum, she won't let any new student feel out of place" Changbin

"Areum and Hyunjin's closeness are different. You guys know that after a few days, new students will have their own group of friends and that will make Areum feel proud to see the new student having friends. But with Hyunjin's case, he doesn't seem close with anyone nor found his group of friends. He only hangouts with Areum which is super rare" Changbin

"Don't give any meaning to their friendship. They are close friends. Hyunjin ignores everyone and focused on his studies, but Areum seems to find it interesting and started hanging out with him all the time" Chan

"Felix study a lot too, but why Areum doesn't feel interested?" Jisung

"Maybe because Areum really sees Felix as her friend only, nothing else" Changbin

"As far as I remember, Felix likes Areum for a long time. Is he planning to continue liking her even though Hyunjin seems to be stealing the opportunity?" Minho

"You guys are talking about me like I am not here"

"We are just concerned. If I were you, I would've confessed to Areum about my feelings" Minho

"Sorry" Seungmin said and sat with us as he arrived

"What took you so long?"

"I had to wait for Areum to leave before I do. Our family driver is not available so we had to commute" Seungmin said and started drinking

"Where is Areum?" Jisung

"She is probably with Hyunjin by now" he said while looking at his wristwatch

"With Hyunjin? At this hour? She should've gone home" Minho

"She seems bored. She said she and Hyunjin agreed to study for the exam. So, I did let her. It is so rare hearing her seems interest in studying. I don't want to miss the opportunity for her to focus on her study" Seungmin

"Aren't you worried about your sister getting close to the new student? He seems weird" Changbin

"Should I get worried? I know Areum very well and she would not force herself to go with the person if she is uncomfortable with him. I guess she is comfortable with him so she always hangout with him, even though Hyunjin hated it" Seungmin

"Seungmin seems to be taking his side" Jeongin laughed

"I am not in favor with neither Felix nor Hyunjin. It is also not my place to force Areum to date who. She has the right to choose who she wants to be with. Why would I even force her? Interfering with others' business is not my thing" Seungmin shrugged his shoulder

Chan opened his phone "Areum sent me a video the other night. It was a video of Hyunjin playing basketball. I am not even gonna lie, he is good. We should let him join us"

"Hyunjin?" Changbin asked and watched the video

He even shared it for us to watch. Hyunjin is playing basketball alone, and Areum took the video for him? Are they fucking dating?

"Why is Areum with him?"

"They are close friends" Minho teased and laughed

I ignored them and opened my phone. I texted Areum...

To: Areum
Where are you? Are you busy right now?

From: Areum
Not really. I am bored.

To: Areum
Where are you?

From: Areum
I am with Hyunjin. We are studying.

To: Areum
Can we meet? I have to tell you something.

From: Areum
Right now? I can make time. Let's meet at the same place.

I left the bar without telling them why. I got in my car and drove to the same place she is talking about. When you say the same place, it was the place Areum and I used to hangout together when others are busy with their competition and studies. It is memorable to both of us and it became a habit to go there when we are bored.

As I arrived, I got out of the car and didn't saw anyone there.  A few minutes after, Areum arrived with a smile on her face.

"Getting emotional? Let me guess your thoughts... After all these years, we rarely hangout together" Areum laughed and sat on the swing as she started playing with it "Why you called me here? Is that important?"

"Yeah, I just wanted to tell you something"

"You should've told me over the phone. Why are we meeting all of a sudden?" Areum pouted and then laughed like she was joking

"I like you, Areum"

Her laugh faded away as she looked at me with her expression that she can't believe what she just heard. Her eyebrow raised and started laughing.

"Are you drunk? Stop saying things you will regret" Areum continued laughing

"I really like you ever since we were young"
