I got back into the Hufflepuff dorms around 4 a.m. Thankfully, Rina was already asleep by then, and I wouldn't have to hear her lecture me about coming in late. I slept well for the night, but my dreams were filled with the bubbles of light Fred and I created. They danced in my dreams like a perfect ballerina. It was a big contrast from the dream I had the night we all spent in one room.

The next day I had no classes and it was the day of Buckbeak's execution. I knew my brother was going to be there to watch it happen. It would give him the pride to know what he did, it was disgusting. I trekked down the short hill to see Draco with his friends looking behind a rock and snickering. He didn't even notice my approach.

"You think this is funny?!" I threw a small rock at my brother with a strict voice. He ducked his head out of the way to avoid it then look in my direction, "A creature is going to be dead because of you!"

Draco stood up and rolled his eyes, I could hear the scoff come from his lips, "It's a beast Y/N. Did I tell you? Father said I can keep the hippogriffs head. I think I'll donate it to the Gryfinndors' common room."

"Wicked." Goyle nodded his head. "Huh, looks who's here."

I was about to throw an insult at him till he looked over my shoulder like I was not even there, "Ah, Come to see the show?" Draco talks to someone from behind him.

I looked back and saw a very pissed-off Granger coming down the hill towards Draco. I stepped out of the way to avoid her wrath. She was one of the smartest girls in our class and I knew she had a few charms up her sleeve that she could throw at Draco in a flick of a wrist.

"You! You foul, loathsome, evil little cockroach!" Hermonie spat venom behind her words and drew her wand backing up Draco into the large boulder behind him.

Draco was practically quivering in front of us, but Ron spoke up, "Hermonie, No! He's not worth it."

It was quiet for a couple of seconds while we all wondered if she was going to cast a spell or not. Gradually, Hermonie lowered her wand and turned away till Draco and his little posse started to laugh, she whipped around and knocked him in the nose. He went back into the boulder and stumbled. His friends grabbed his arms asking if he was okay, but I covered my mouth to hide a snicker.

They ran away, but I knew this would have consequences somehow, "That felt good." Hermione said with a slight grin.

Harry was already smiling from ear to ear, "Not good--Brilliant!" Ron said.

"Hello, Y/N. Hope you didn't have any issues with Snape the other night. Sorry about that." Harry turned to me to acknowledge me.

"It's alright, he just sent me back to my dorm is all. Are you three going to see Hagrid? I know today isn't the best for him."

"Yeah, no thanks to your brother." Ron looked at me with a harsh glare.

My defense rose and that made me mad. He spoke as if I could control Draco and his action, "I came here to scold him myself. An innocent animal dying because of a scratch isn't my doing."

Ron muttered to get the last word in, "But being related is enough."

"Ron, enough. We all know Draco won't listen to anyone, but his thoughts." Hermonie shot a look at him.

"Do you wish to come with us to see Hagrid, Y/N?" Harry changed the subject to cover up Ron's ridiculous blame.

"No, sadly Ron is partially right. With being connected to Draco, I don't want to give Hagrid any more issues. I'll stay here though to make sure that he doesn't come back. This isn't anything anyone should be watching for enjoyment."

Potter nodded and started to walk down with his friends, but turned back to look at me, "Oh, Y/N. I would like to meet later on to talk of these dreams or visions you mentioned about Black."

I hesitated, but agreed, "Go be with Hagrid." I nodded my head towards his home, "We'll talk later."

I sat up at the rocks watching the trio head down the hill to Hagrid's Cabin. I wasn't going to watch, I would only stay up until the last moment respectfully. Thunder rumbled overhead, seems as if Mother Nature herself knew today was a horrid day.

"Ms. Malfoy?" I heard a voice say from behind me. I winced to myself as I rose from the ground.

"Hello, Headmaster Dumbledore." I couldn't let them go down there yet. Harry, Ron, and Hermione weren't back and they could get into worse trouble if they were caught. "Hello Minister, good to see you as well."

"Young lady, do you realize what time of day it is? It's almost dusk. Surely you shouldn't be out here." The Minister commented looking me up and down.

"I was just sending my brother back inside sir. Surely you saw him run not that long ago. I wasn't sticking around for long." I answered truthfully, for the most part, "It seems like it is going to rain though, I hope this won't delay anything?" I was stalling to keep their attention.

"Even a blizzard couldn't stop this from happening right now. Shall we Headmaster?" The Minister walked on.

"We will speak later, Ms. Malfoy. Now head inside." Dumbledore placed his hand on my shoulder and then left to speak to the Minister.

The executioner walked past me without a passing glance. I watched them walk down, it seemed like Dumbledore was distracting the Minister as well.

A couple of minutes later the trio joined me back on the hill. We didn't exchange words as we watched the unimaginable happen to an innocent creature. The executioner raised his ax and let the weight of it slam down.

Hermonie rested herself on Ron in grief, the boys comforted her. I turned away. Harry did place his hand on my shoulder. It was a sign of comfort or perhaps forgiveness for what my family has done.

The moment was ruined by Ron's rat biting him. Out of reflex, Ron dropped him, "Ow! He bit me. Scabbers!" The redhead ran after the rat as it scurried away.
