“So I literally saved this nine year old child’s life,” Dylan said ending his story. God, this guy was so boring. He was so lucky that he was attractive. I would have fallen asleep had he not been. Will was eating his stories up like candy. He was lingering on his every word as if it was the best thing he had ever heard. So, he saved a few lives in Africa big ass deal. You taught school children how to read and provided them with freshwater. I get it. Do I really have to hear about your wildlife adventures every single time I come here? The guy might as well write a novel.

“Dylan that is incredible,” Will said wide-eyed. I chuckled at his lameness. It didn’t take much to impress him. I can show him something incredible later on.

“Yeah,” I nodded. “That was something alright.”

“Emilio – what do you do?” Dylan asked folding his arms.

“What do I do? Ha,” I smirked. “Well, I am an anchorman.”

“You’re an anchorman?” he said taken aback.

“Yup,” I nodded. “I’m an anchorman. I’m not just a pretty face.”

“Yeah you are,” Will chuckled. I rolled my eyes at him. I was definitely more than a pretty face. Will shouldn’t underestimate me. He was acting severely pretentious about his career all of a sudden. I didn’t like this one bit. One more sly remark and I would probably snap. He knew I had quite an anger issue. I’m a Spaniard for god’s sake.

“I’m surprised,” Dylan smirked. “I thought you were a soap star.”

“A soap star? No,” I shook my head. “I was offered though. I’m not a fan of soap’s though.”

“It’s funny you say that,” Will laughed. “Because when I first met Emilio – I thought he was an actor too.”

“I believe you said out of work actor,” I snorted.

“Oh yeah,” Will laughed. “I only said that because you were so vain. Were? What I’m talking about? You are vain. Dylan! If only you knew the amount of time Emilio spends on himself. It’s absurd.”

I bit my lip. Here we go. I took a sip from my cup as I waited for Will to continue.

“Really?” Dylan asked.

“Manicures, pedicures, waxes, facial masks, hair care products, lotions, powders, colognes, concealers – are just a few things,” Will said glancing at me.

“Will,” I said raising an eyebrow at me as he and Dylan chuckled. “Kitchen now.”

I moved into the kitchen quickly, taking a deep breath. What was it “fuck with Emilio” day? I paced as Will walked into the kitchen.

“What?” he asked curiously.

“Could you not berate me in front of Dylan?” I said running my fingers through my hair. “You’re embarrassing me deliberately.”

“Emilio,” Will said. “Someone is sensitive today? Am I ruining your plans?”

“Plans?” I said raising an eyebrow. “You don’t want Dylan and I to be friends?”

“He’s my friend,” Will said. “You have your own and I’m not letting you seduce him into a threesome.”

“You know I wasn’t even thinking about it but now that you’ve brought it up,” I smirked. “It’s on.”

“W-What?” he stammered.

“You heard me,” I retorted. “It’s on. It should be easy considering he was in Africa for a few years. He must be so horny.”
