oRevi's parents were hugely nice but had perished in a car crash the day of the freeze. When he woke up he found thier corpses buried them and headed along the road. A man stood in between the center of the road, eyes glowing and oRevi felt some if his energy weaken before finally passing out. When he awoke he was informed that his new "power" would make him a perfect assassin/contract killer. This is what he became, with his quirk allowing him to harness unholy machines creating and decimating them at his will. The boy was only 15 years old, 14 years before the freeze and only 1 year and 2 months since the end of the cryogenic period, when he was sent on his 1st mission,now cybernetically modified, the mission he had prepared for during the last year. His target was the Ocean Hero: Submerge.
This isn't part of the story but I just thought it would be nice to know what they meant when they are talking about oRevi and how he is a project of Thiers.
