So basically I was rewatching the Flash CW and I was on season three and I was curious about how fast Savitar was. So I did some research and found that Savitar can run at the speed of light because he can run around the circumference of the Earth 7 times in 1 second and if you take out the decimals then light can travel around the circumference of the Earth 7 times in 1 second.
