Reality shifting

Guys I have something important to talk about.
I've been hearing about the reality shifting a lot, I tried it once but it didn't work.
I want to try again but I'm afraid I'll get stuck if it works. As much as I'd love to live in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, I'm afraid of getting stuck and leaving behind this reality. If any of you guys have shifted before and have any tips on quick and easy ways to get back to your current reality from your desired reality, please share them. I'm curious about it but at the same time I'm terrified to try it and I don't know what to do.
