I think im either insane or paranoid

Okay so I just got back from hanging out with one of my friends and while I was setting the mail down I swear that I heard the cicadas and other bugs from the outside world when I know for a fact that I closed and locked the door. And while I was reading through somethings getting inspiration about what to write I swear that I heard voices from a tv in my basement like the tv turned on. I actually had that happen once it was a different tv than the one that we have now but one day me and my mom got home and we heard voices downstairs and she went down and the tv was on and yeah. That and I'm pretty sure I also just heard my grass door open. Then I thought that the ice cream truck music was coming from my basement. I need some serious help.
