Hongjoong's POV :
i kept humming as i helped the little boy sitting in the bathtub with washing his hair
'' baby , can you put your head back like this for me ? '' i showed him how but he just kept looking at me with frowned eyebrows making me chuckle
'' it's fine baby '' i reassured him and i gently held his head in one hand and pushed it back which made him whine
'' shhh baby , just for a minute '' i said and started pouring water to rinse off the shampoo and he immediately relaxed . Cute
After i was done , i sat there watching him play with his toys in the water .
The last few weeks were tiring for him and going to baby space wasn't something i didn't expect  .
I snapped out of my thoughts when i heard him whine almost crying
'' hey hye baby , wanna get out ? '' i asked carefully as he just made grabby hands and his eyes got teary
'' okay , gimme one second '' i ran out of the bathroom to get the big towel and went back immediately wrapping him in it before carrying him to the room
He sat cutely on the bed , waiting for me to grab some clothes for him .
I gently started dressing him , not forgetting to press few kisses everywhere which didn't fail to make him giggle . Adorable .
'' come in '' i said as i heard knocking on the door
'' hey hyung , hey baby '' yeosang said walking in , which made seonghwa jump from happiness and this drew a smile on our faces
'' why are his eyes all red ? '' the blonde asked and i smiled sadly
'' he just wanted to get out of the water and crying was the only way he managed to tell me '' i said caressing my baby's hair
'' why didn't he call for you tho '' he asked curious and i shrugged
'' he goes non verbal lots when he is deep in his headspace ''
'' you should try with him tho '' yeosang said hugging seonghwa who relaxed in his arms .
I nodded not really sure if it's a good or a bad thing , but as long as seonghwa is happy it doesn't really matter to me .
After spending few more minutes playing with him , he started getting whiny which means the baby is sleepy .
'' i think this means i should leave '' yeosang chuckled giving one last kiss to both of us as he went to his room .
'' now princess , i need to out you to bed '' i said opening my arms for him and he immediately crawled into them , letting a long sigh , he must be really exhausted . I started patting his back while humming making him relax even further
'' baby , can you talk to me ? '' i asked and he just whined
'' can you try saying dada ? ''i asked again and he looked up at me
'' da - da '' i said calmly which made him frown maybe not even understanding what i just said
'' nevermind love '' i smiled pressing a long kiss to his forehead before slowly laying him down
I pulled the covers over both of us as i turned the lights off , i pulled the little closer to me and he curled up to fit perfectly in my embrace
'' good night my little sunshine '' i whispered kissing his cheeks and forehead too , i even pressed small kisses on his palm when he put his hand on my face
'' sleep now darling ''
He suddenly wrapped his arms around my neck and burried his face in there
'' ba-ba '' he said which surprised me but i couldn't react much since he was already in dreamland .
