Chapter 23 • Flowers

-Y/N's POV-
Right after Sapnap climbed into the passengers seat, he put on the same song.

"I Wanna See Some Ass" by Jack Harlow feat. Jetsonmade.

After hearing the beginning notes, recognizing the song, my head shot to him.

Y/N:
"If you play that song one more time, I'm gonna bite your hand off."

SAPNAP:
"Kinky." He grinned then played something else while I rolled my eyes.

I drove us to the flower shop and we arrived 10 minutes later. Sapnap hopped out of the car as did I. We shut the doors then walked to the entrance. He sped up his pace to grab the door before me, then held his arm out with a grin.

SAPNAP:
"After you m'lady."

I scoffed with a blush then walked inside. He followed behind as the bell dung above us. We saw many flower bouquets in the middle. Along with each flower they had to offer on the side with the seed packets underneath.

SAPNAP:
"I'll look over here."

Y/N:
"Okay."

He walked to the left side of the store as I stayed on the right. As I was walking down the aisle, my phone chimed in my pocket.

HENRY:
Hey is this Y/N from the beach?
This is Henry

Y/N:
Ah the man who looks his age

HENRY:
Ouch :(

I huffed out a smile as I continued walking with my head in my phone.

Y/N:
Here's some water for that burn💧

HENRY:
Lmao
Would you wanna hangout sometime?

Y/N:
Sure when?

HENRY:
Are you free today?

My head shot up to see Sapnap on the other side of the store, holding up a packet of Y/F/F seeds with a smile. I looked back at my phone.

Y/N:
No but tmr I should be free

HENRY:
Awesome
Wanna meet at the beach again?

My eyes widened as I realized Henry lived in Florida. I huffed out a smile at my stupidity.

Y/N:
I'm actually not in Florida anymore
I just realized that LMAO sorry

HENRY:
Oh haha
That's ok

Y/N:
We can hangout when I get back

HENRY:
Ok
Lmk when!

Y/N:
Yessir

I shut my phone off and met with Sapnap at the checkout. He walked up to me.

SAPNAP:
"I found them." He smiled.

I met his eyes.

Y/N:
"Thank you for doing this. It means a lot." I lightly smiled.

SAPNAP:
"It's no problem, really. I'm glad I can put a smile on that pretty little face of yours."

Y/N:
"You think I'm pretty?"

SAPNAP:
"I wouldn't have fucked you if I thought you were ugly." He joked which made me scoff.

Y/N:
"So if I was ugly, you wouldn't like me?" I spoke seriously as my arms crossed.

His smile faded.

SAPNAP:
"I—I was joking."

I looked him up and down then moved up once it was our turn to pay. He grabbed my arm quickly, stopping me.
