~chapter 48~ fight, make up

Dixie pov:
Me and Noah are arguing and I really don't know how we ended up here but we did "what did I even do" "I don't know" "Look I dont know what I did to make you so upset with me but I want you to tell me" "I don't know Noah I'm not in a good place right now and everyone asking me if I'm ok is overwhelming" "so why didn't you tell me instead of lashing out on me" "because you can't fix it no one can it's something I have to do on my own" "but maybe doing it on your own isn't the best for you" by now we are both sitting on the bed and I fall back facing the ceiling "look at us, arguing over stupid things and it's all because of me" he rests down beside me "we are both stressed that's all" he pulls me onto his lap and I lay my head on his chest and I wipe the tears before they can escape "this isn't how I want us to go on" "I know because we are going to tell eachother things that are going on" "mhm"

~time skip~

Noah pov:
We are all in the pool "hey Noah next week we are going back to college" "I know me and dixie are joining back" "we have a soccer match to" I look over at dixie and smile this will be her first soccer match as my girlfriend she came to all my games as a kid but we were only friends "do you think he'll let us play" "of course I've already spoke to him" "oh cool" I get out and sit on the edge with my legs in the water "what's up" Dixie says swimming over to me coming in between my legs "just thinking about school" "what about it" "it's going to be stressful" "it's okay I'll be here to help you" "I love you" I kiss her and she kisses back "I love you more" she pulls me in and we enjoy the rest of the time we stayed in the pool until we got out and have a movie night with everyone in the living room we are on the floor next to the love birds charli and chase Dixie looks at me and giggles I roll my eyes playfully and play with her hair "you know how gorgeous you are" I whisper in her ear she looks up at me and kisses me I kiss back "your not bad your self mr beck" "well thank you" I kiss her and we go back to watching the movie, I look down and see Dixie has fallen asleep "I'll take Dixie to bed night guys" I pick her up and head to our room I place her on the bed "Noah" she says I turn around before walking out "yeh" "where are you going" "to get our pillows and our duvet" "okay" she says and lay back down

Dixie pov:
He walks in and throws them all on me and dives on me I laugh "we should stay up all night" "what are we 6" "hey we used to love doing all nighters when we were 6" "I know I still have a video of you" "no no" "it's cute little Dixie with her baby voice and her little pony tail" "okay baby face" he rolls his eyes "hey my baby Face is gorgeous" "I know" i say as I kiss him "but can we please stay up" "what if I fall asleep" "I'll wake you" "I'm a deep sleeper you know that" "then I'll jump on you until you wake up silly" "oh so we are also acting 6 as well now" "erm why not" "because we are 18 next month" "ugh I know" "aren't you excited" "yes of course I am" "you didn't sound it" "well I am" "okay okay what ever you say" "ooooo can we go get ice cream and candy to keep us up all night oo also I need coffee"

Noah pov:
I sigh this is going to be a long night Dixie is also full of energy already so hopeful it calms down in a few hours, she sits on my chest "are
You coming or not" "hmmmm I'm to tired" "no you can't be tired" "why don't you go to the store and I rest in bed for the all nighter" "no I need you to drive" "Dixie" i say kinda complaining she pouts her lips and gives me puppy eyes "only for you" "yay" she says as she rolls of my chest running down the stairs "hey wait up" i say grabbing my hoodie and running after her "im sure she was asleep two seconds ago" Bryce says looking at me "yeh me to until now" "where are you going" "to the store and Starbucks" "for" "coffee obviously" "and the store" "ice cream and candy" "ohhh I see" Bryce used to do this with us all the time when we were little "just know it wasn't my idea" "kinda figured that from her excitement" "noahhh hurry up" "well I'll talk to you both later" I walk and she grabs my hand and starts skipping along "your really gonna make me skip" "mhm" i jog along her until we reach the car "get your hyper ass in the car" we reach the store and grab everything we need I start putting the things in the trunk and then get in the driver seat Dixie is sipping her coffee being oddly quite "you ok" I say looking at her as we stop at a red light "what yeh I was just in a day dream" "oh" i chuckle she turns on the radio and it says a shower of shooting starts is happening tonight and that we should look out "Noah pull over I've never seen one of these" i pull up on a cliff with silver bars making sure people don't fall of yes I had to include that anyway she gets out and I get out as well she lays on the hood of my car "cmon" she says so I lay next to her "OH MY GOD I SAW ONE" i chuckle "it's just a star baby" "DID YOU NOT SEE THAT" she says completely ignoring me "no baby I never" "it was so cool" she says still facing the sky I look over at her smiling she's just perfect she looks at me and meets my gaze "what" she giggles getting nervous "just admiring you" "why" she blushes "because your perfect and because your just to cute" she puts her hand on my cheek and kisses me I kiss back and for the rest of the night we watched the sky seeing a few more shooting stars until we drive home and stayed up watching movies all night today was the best day I've experienced in a while
