Well guess what? Cale was placed in a squad together with Mikasa. The said squad is in charge of killing the titans that will try to hinder Eren from placing the gigantic boulder in the hole.

"I'm not even a cadet?! And what matters most is that I'm a fucking civilian! What the fuck am I even doing here?!"

Alberu also tried to reason with Pyxis earlier that Cale is a civilian and haven't received any training. But the bald man only smiled before commanding a soldier to give him his own ODM gear. His hyung-nim wasn't even in the same squad as him, since the blonde is in charge of leading his own squad and act as a decoy to lure the titans to whichever part of the wall that is.

Cale suddenly wants to yeet himself.

"I'm an injured man. Why am I here? I just want to slack off."

News flash, Cale almost got hit by Eren's titan hand as the protagonist is currently out of his mind.

The redhead wanted to throw the attached gear in his hips away, since it is too heavy for a lanky man like him to carry.

Cale really, really wanted to sleep and slack off right now. The five years he spent are not enough.

Cale grabbed his blade that is thankfully light and stabbed the titan's hand that suddenly grabbed him.

Apparently, the same titan who grabbed him have a similar hair color like him and Cale grinned, before gouging the titan's eyes out and laughed maniacally.

He didn't activated the given gear to him and instead used the Sound of the Wind in his ankles and calmly walked around the redhead titan.

The titan have a scar that looked like a mask similar to the White Star. So this time, he didn't hesitate to remove the titan's scalp and butchered the meat inside.

He would definitely hesitate though if the titan doesn't have the scar in its face as the him back when he was Kim Rok Soo has a similar look.

"Is that the White Star, Cale-nim?"

"It's just a clone. You can torture it if you want since the God of Death can just respawn it."

Choi Han hummed before slicing its nape, making Cale shiver in fear and back away from the raven.

"Cale!" Mikasa suddenly screamed and the next thing he knew, he was hauled away by the girl when a titan was about to eat him mid air.

"At your eleven!" Choi Han suddenly screamed before Mikasa stabbed the titan without even glancing at it.

Cale gave her a thumbs up in awe before slicing the titan's nape as the finishing blow.

The fight went on, and Cale didn't know how many minutes had passed unlike in the anime.

Eren even screamed earlier when Armin impaled his blade in his nape, Cale knew the blonde had hit Eren's arms inside.

The redhead heard Choi Han growl like a dog which actually surprised him. Looking at him, all his reserved blades are either chipped off or completely cut in smithereens. He even used the blades from ODM gear Pyxis gave Cale.

"Choi Han, where is the sword I gave you?" He asked in curiosity.

"I don't know Cale-nim. I didn't see any with me when I came to this world." Choi Han said before punching the incoming titan in its jaw, the head managed to detach itself from the body.
