A/N: If last chapter was vanilla, I'd call this one cookies and cream ;)

If Y/N was feeling nervous, he couldn't imagine what the girls must have been going through. He was standing backstage, watching the crews make the final preparations for the stage through a monitor. It was their second show of the North American leg of the tour, and the girls were opening with what Y/N thought was one of the most rigorous three song ments they'd ever put on.

Y/N moved to a spot next to the runway when their intro began playing. It was a sight to behold: the lights, the graphics, the sound, the pyrotechnics; all of them part of a carefully engineered sequence.

And they opened with "The Feels." Y/N jammed out to his heart's content, having the time of his life through "Feel Special" and "Up No More." TWICE's intro needed no translation. Y/N couldn't help but smile, even though he heard it multiple times every day: "One in a million! 안녕하세요, 트와이스 입니다!"

The girls had their own little intros prepared, so Y/N hardly needed to translate until the break before "Cactus." Jihyo decided to pass on explaining the song to Dahyun, who passed to Nayeon, who passed to Chaeyoung, who did a cute little cactus pose because she couldn't think of what to say.

Y/N managed not to trip over his words for the entirety of the concert. It helped that the girls spoke in half-sentences, giving his brain enough time to translate. He was surprised by the amount of comprehension the audience had—about a fifth of them would react to what the girls said in Korean before Y/N even translated to English.

Y/N stayed out beside the stage far after the encore and the girls' departure. There was something enjoyable about watching people leave the arena, buzzing about the show they'd just seen. Y/N finally left when the cleanup crew started sweeping confetti onto him—he didn't want to get in their way.

Y/N knocked on the door to the girls' break room backstage. "Come in!" said at least four different voices.
