A/N: SUNDAY! SUNDAY! SUNDAY!

You thought The Bet was over? Not just yet.

We've got a few loose ends to tie up.

See you at the bottom.

"There is no way you're getting anyone in the pool!" said Sana.

"Oh, really?" Y/N questioned. "Is that a bet?"

Sana hesitated. Her latest bet with Y/N hadn't gone so well, so she wasn't inclined to make another. "No," she said, crossing her arms. "I just think you can't."

"We'll see."

It had been months since the end of the tour, since the girls' vacation—since the end of the bet. In that time, Y/N had felt somehow simultaneously closer to and farther from Sana than he ever had before.

They weren't just friends, for sure—they flirted with each other at every opportunity—but neither of them breached the subject of their relationship being something more. Over the last few weeks, he had decided to just accept it. He was along for the ride, whatever it was.

Now, it was New Years Eve. The girls were throwing a party, and Y/N had arrived early to hang about. Sana had roped him into helping with preparations, and Y/N couldn't say no to her.

The front door opened and closed, and a bit of the orange sunset spilled into the living room. The four girls who still lived in the house—Nayeon, Momo, Dahyun, and Tzuyu—made their way loudly to the kitchen. They grew louder upon seeing Y/N.

"When did you get here?" Nayeon demanded.

"Not that long ago," said Y/N. "Uh, where have you four been?"

"Getting extra snacks," said Momo, holding up a single plastic bag.

Sana snatched it away from her. "Honestly," she muttered. "I don't even live here and I'm doing the most work."
