Chapter 02 - The Entrance Test [Part 1]

AYYYY I funni finish Chapter 02 ;0 guess there something going to be changed of my posting scheds [since i already worked on the funni chap 03, probably gonna post it in a few days] anyways

                                                Thomas's POV

I groaned from a brown wolf who was is happily waving at me from a distance, I couldn't believe myself that I see him again after he ignored me for ages.

'Oh why of course not! that he would be fucking here!!' I sighed deeply as Ian keep waving at me, "TOM!! HEY WOLF ITS ME!!" He shouted excitedly as the tall wolf slowly approaching me while his tail wag.

I gotta admit... he sure has changed a lot after all of this years. He became more taller, bigger and quite rather muscular than before, but I don't care.

I gave the wolf a glare to which causes him to stop from his track and the smile on his face slowly faded, before I look away.

I rarely glare to other people, heck! I don't even wanna glare at my best friend, but that smile on his face makes it like he doesn't even know what he had done, just pisses me off to the core.

I click my tongue, while clenched my fist as I curse under my breathe, "Asshole..."

A hand then landed on my left shoulder, when I look at my side it was Ray who looked worried, "Hey Thomas, are you alright?" He asked as my anger slowly fades away.

I sighed before smiling towards the panther, "Yeah, I'm fine, there's just something bugging me off." I responded, he smiled back, "If something is wrong, tell me alright?" He said as I nodded, I then look back towards Ian who was still staring towards me with a sad expression, I then look away.

"Oh nice! It seems the test is about to start!" Ray said excitedly as a big hologram started to form at the top of the building

As a big lion then appeared  inside the hologram, his quite rather formal so I'm probably guessing his the principal in this university.

The lion then cleared his throat as he began to speak.

"Welcome students, to the MYTH University, I am Leon Brightswel, the current college dean in this university as you all may have guess. First of all, I would like to say my thanks to all of you brave students, whom are willing to become one of the adventurers and to defend or prevent the beasts that came out of the rift, once every 2 weeks." He sighed for a moment before continuing.

"300 years ago, when the first rift opened in our world, many people have lost their lives, many hide from fear as the beast rampage into our world. But a miracle happened, one human and a one beastmen, fend off against the savage beasts bravely, using the power to what we have call now are Gifts and Artifacts. Back then we all thought that our god had all lost hope upon us, but they gave us a second chance and here we are in this situation."

I haven't really experienced it myself when it happened, but I asked my dad about it before and I know how cruel life was before.

Everyone was silent for a while, before Leon spoke again, "That is all I have to say, I wish you all good luck from what journey awaits to all of you. The fate and future... so does the life of everyone is in your hands, future adventurers and may be the god Ruthmeir be by your side." After his commentary ended, the hologram then disappeared. 

A cat lady and a big husky then arrived at the podium as one of them each grabbed the microphone.

"Now that's done, let us begin today's entrance test! First of all, I should introduce myself, I am Miss Coraline Oathsworth, the program head of the Institute of gift casting." The cat lady said.

"I am Professor William Evergreen, the program head of the Institute of weapon wielding, the college dean had something to do, so we are here for replacement to announcing the entrance test." The big muscular husky added.

"So! without further ado, LETS BEGIN THE 1ST PART OF  THE ENTRANCE TEST!!" She shouted as everyone started to cheer loudly.

I had to really cover my ears, cause of how loud the crowd was, since my hearing is very sensitive.
