Chapter 09 - A Sudden Danger [Part 1]

                                                    [Ian's POV]

 "Huh, I didn't expected a women like you would be this strong." I said, while dodging her slashes rather easily.

My opponent then jump away as she suddenly became invisible. I keep myself on guard for an upcoming strike, to which she appeared behind me and try to strike me with her dagger, but luckily I manage to block her attack.

"Enough with this already!" I groaned as I then stomp on the ground hard, causing the ground beneath me cracked, as I then swing my sword at her, to which she easily dodge it, "I'm not done yet!" I then hit my weapon on the ground, splitting the surface in half as it move towards her at great speed.

She wasn't able to dodge it in time, staggering her as the ground then went back to where it was before, causing her leg to stuck in one place, "You're sure insanely fast and stealthy, but I'm afraid not enough to keep up with my reaction time do you?" I said as I walk close to her and then kneel down to her level.

"So tell me, what are you planning on something? why did you attack me out of the blue?" I asked to which she only laughs in response, "To keep you busy of course." She said as I then heard a huge explosion come from the camp, "What in th-" Another one then appeared , but not at the camp, it was where Tom is right now.

"Why you! What's going on here!" I shouted, but as when I look back at her, she was gone, "That bitch!" I growled as I then hurriedly ran at Tom's location.

But suddenly, she appeared again in front of me, swinging her weapon at me. I immediately block it with my weapon as I then jump backward, avoiding her another attack.

"Move away! Or I will going to split your head off!" I shouted, "Oho? I'm afraid I'm not gonna allow you to leave." She responded. I scoffed, "Suit yourself bitch." I said as I then gripped hard on my weapon handle, causing it to burst and split into 2 long sword.

I then threw my other sword at her, to which she only dodge it with ease, "Ha! What a pathetic throw that was!" She mocked, as I then flick my finger, causing me to teleport on where my weapon was, "Who said that I was trying to throw my weapon at you?" I said as I slash her head off in the process, "Look who's pathetic now." I mocked her back, as her corpse then suddenly turned into a clay, slowly melting in the process.

"So that was a clone." I said to myself as I only scoffed unamused, before shrugging and continue to ran at Tom's location.

                                                         [Tom's POV]

I groaned from the pain, barely avoiding William's strike, "William! Stop this please!" I shouted as  I keep on dodging his attacks, but some manages to hit me.

Shit, If only I brought my weapon along with me.

"Stop? Shouldn't you be the one who should stop moving?" He said, as suddenly when I blinked, he appeared right in front of me.

I wasn't able to react on his strike fast, causing him to stab my left shoulder and followed by a kick on my stomach, throwing me at a tree.

Heavily breathing and feeling weak, I only watch him slowly approach me, smiling like a maniac, as eventually he kneel down in front of me and grabbed my face, "You look really cute when you're bleeding~" He said, before licking the blood on my face, "And tasty as well~"

I groaned from disgust as I then spit on his face, "Fuck you..." I said, to which he only chuckled, "You naughty Tom." He said, before throwing me to the side.
