We get back to Auradon
(Don't ask how because I wouldn't able to tell you 😂)
We walk through the field to the school. We get to a bunch of tables and on them... everyone is sleeping
"They're asleep" Mal points out "Everyone... I can't get Ben" She sighs
"Or Dizzy or Doug" Evie adds
"Or Jane" I add "The signal is out" I sigh
"Is that Auradon Prep?!" Celia asks
"Yeah!" Carlos smiles "When everybody wakes up, you're going to love it" She stands their in shock with her mouth wide open
"Yes!" She whispers. I laugh and Carlos puts his arm around me.
"How on Earth did I score you" He smiles and kisses me
"How did I score YOU!" I laugh and return the kiss. We pull away and continue walking around "This is so scary. It feels like a zombie apocalypse except everyone is sleeping instead of biting each other" Carlos laughs and shakes his head. I get my phone out again and try calling Jane
"Anything?" Mal asks. I shake my head and sigh. I look over at Harry and see him stealing some money from a sleeping student. I roll my eyes and start walking over to him
"I believe I deserve some compensation... for my muscles, my wile, and my role in this endeavour" He bows. I grab his wrist and he looks at me. I take the money from him and look at Jay. He walks over and looks at Harry
"Harry thinks he deserves some compensation" I smile
"You do" Jay smiles at him "Me not squishing you like a bug" His smile drops and Harry points his hook at him
"You think I'm scared of you, Jay?"
"Guys!" Mal and Uma say at the same time. I put the money back in the guys pocket and walk over to Carlos
"Mmm!" A voice says
"Dude!" Carlos shouts and runs to his furry companion. I groan and run after him
"Delicious!" Dude says and then burps
"Dude, really?" Carlos says
"What?! It wasn't me, I swear!" He answers. I laugh and Look as Jay runs over "Okay. It was me" Mal runs up beside me and looks at Dude
"Hey, Do you know what happened here?" I ask
"Yep! Audrey showed up. She put everybody to sleep" He says "And then she turned some of them to-"
"Guys" Evie interrupts. We all look over at her and I gasp. I run over and look at the sight in front of me "Hannah turned to stone"
"What kind of Meduca sh-"
"Language" Carlos laughs
"-shtuff.. is this?" I ask
"All right. Everybody stay on their toes.." Jay tell us
"Look, since we're here, let's check the school" Uma says, turning to walk towards the school
"No" I say "Audrey went straight for the crown..." I nod, looking at Mal
"Right!" Mal nods back "So, I think it's safe to assume that she's gonna go for Ben and his castle next"
"Great, so that's where we'll go" I smile
"Says who?" Uma asks
"Says me" I frown, walking forward
"Says you. And that's supposed to mean something to me?"
"Well it's 2 against 1" Mal says, walking up beside me
"Guys" Evie sighs. The three of us look at her and then back at each other
"To the castle" I smile. We all start walking to the castle and Carlos takes my hand
"I love how feisty you are" He laughs
"What can I say" I shrug and flick my hair over my shoulder. He smiles at me so I return it. Eventually, we get to the castle and walk inside
"Ben!" Mal calls
"This way!" Dude commands and runs in front
"Ben could be asleep anywhere" Mal sighs
"Or turned to stone" Celia suggests. I put my arm around her and put my hand on her mouth
"Not helping" I whisper
"Ben!" Mal calls again
"I got a scent! Very pungent cologne!" Dude tells us "Easy to track. Follow Me, people"
"That's great, Dude" Carlos smiles
"Good dog!" I add with a smile
"FYI, I give great cuddles, too"
"Really?" Gill asks "I never had a pet growing up. Well, except for the elk head in Dad's man cave, but that wasn't-"
"Hold up" Uma says "What's this?" She asks, referring to claw marks across the wall.
"Uh.. any chance this was already there?" Carlos asks. Worry takes over my emotions and I look at Carlos
"And follow me!" Dude says and runs off. We follow him through a corridor
"Ben! Ben?" Mal shouts. We get to a set of double doors and I push them open. It reveals a room full of knights "Ben! Ben?"
"Stay here, okay" Evie tells Celia. She nods and we all start looking around
"I can feel you lurking" Harry tells Jay
"Good" He responds
"So you can track, cuddle, and talk!" Gill asks Dude, stroking his chin "Hey, do you think his puppies would be able to talk, too?" He asks Carlos
"All right, man" Carlos laughs "He's taken. You want a dog, adopt a rescue"
Dude starts laughing "Talking puppies" He laughs again "That's crazy" And again
"Come here" Celia calls to Dude
"He seems nice" Dude tells her, referring to Gill. I walk away and onto a circular podium with Mal on my right and Uma on my left
"I bet you lost sleep thinking about me on the loose" Uma says, more like a question
"No. Dragons don't really lose sleep" Mal answers
"Neither do Phoenixes" I add with a smile, walking in between them. I gasp and they all look at me "I wonder what fried octopus tastes like" I say to Mal
"Okay, why don't we not do this" Evie sighs
"We're celebrating our differences" Uma nods
"I believe we're being challenged" Harry says
"Let's split up and look for Audrey" Uma says, ignoring Harry
"That makes absolutely no sense" I answer
"Unless, you give me my ember, she's going to spell you" Mal adds
"Girls!" Harry shouts so We all look at him "We have a situation here" I follow his gaze and look at one of the knights
"Do you like a prince, Mal?" The knight asks in Audrey's voice
"Audrey" I sigh
"How about a knight in shining armour?" She asks "Or knights" She laughs
