"So who told you?" Harmony asked

"Draco seen what you posted first and called me and told me to look.. at first I ain't believe the shit because I ain't think you would hide anything from me. But when I kept looking at it and reading the comments and shit it was real. So I pulled up to your brother crib but he wasn't there Sierra said he was helping you. I asked Sierra but she wasn't going to tell me anything so I decided to wait until Tae pulled up and he told me everything. " I said

"Wow.." Harmony said

"I knew it was going to come out eventually though" Harmony said

"You should've told me though" I said

"I know.. I'm sorry. " Harmony said

"It's cool. I know now so I ain't even mad no more. I just want to have the chance to be in my kid life" I said

"And you have the chance. I never had a father growing up I wouldn't want Kaden to be in the same thing" Harmony said

"I ain't either that's why I want to be there. I'm already attached to him and he ain't even here yet" I said

"I am too" Harmony said

"So how we gone do this.. we not together" I said

Before Harmony could say anything the waitress came back with our drinks and started taking our order. I just wanted a waffle and a bowl of grits. Harmony got a waffle triple hasbrowns with cheese and ham and grilled cheese.

"But right now since Kadens not here manybe we can work on our friendship and you can start coming to the appointments with me" Harmony said

"When your next appointment?" I asked

"In two weeks" Harmony said eating

"Ight bet just let me know" I said

"I will" Harmony said

"So how we gone do this co-parenting shit?" I asked

"You can get him on weekends " Harmony said

"Okay cool." I said

"Anything else you want to address?" Harmony asked

"Nah anything else you want to address?" I said

"I'm fine. I mean I've been great.. just moved into my apartment.. now I have to go baby shopping which I didn't have the time to do" Harmony said sighing

"Let me help you. You know you got to much stuff going on let me help you" I said

"Malik-" Harmony said

"Nah I don't care. Harmony I don't want you doing shit on yo own. I actually want to help you. I want to make sure y'all both straight" I said

"Okay okay.. okay." Harmony said

"What do you need?" I asked

"You can order anything you think he needs he's your son too" Harmony said

"So he needs everything?" I asked

"Pretty much" Harmony said

"Let me see what I can do" I said

"Okay just send it to me.. I just want to see what taste you have" Harmony said

"I got good taste shit look at me. My son finna be fresh" I said

"Mhm" Harmony said smiling

Me and Harmony just continued eating and talking about the baby and about us. I still can't believe I made a whole baby shit still crazy to me.

Everything was going really good between Malik and I. He was so happy to be an father like that's all he could talk about. I was happy that he was happy it made me realize how hard he was going to go for Kaden and how he was going to protect him.. and that's all I wanted for Kaden to have a good father.. and right now Malik was showing that he was going to do everything he could for Kaden.

"You finished eating?" Malik asked

"Yeah I'm full. I'm going to take the rest of this home though" I said

"When you getting your stuff?" Malik asked

"Today around 3" I said

"Ima stay so I can help you" I said

"You don't have too. I know you probably have stuff to do-" I said

"I don't got shit to do, and if I did you and my son come first" Malik said

"Okay" I said

The waitress came over and handed us Togo plates and the ticket. I put my food in a Togo plate and then filled my cup up with sweet tea and put the top on it. Malik went and paid for the ticket while I forced myself to get out this booth. I got up and stood by the door with my food and waited for Malik to finish paying. After Malik finished paying we both walked out and got in the car.
I put my seatbelt on and held my phone in my hand.
I felt Malik reach over and rub my stomach.

"This shit still crazy to me. I'm really finna be a father" I said

"You are" I said smiling

"I miss you Harmony.." Malik said

"Mmm.." I said

"You don't ever think about the bond we had? Like we got so much in common" Malik said

"I do miss it I'm not going to lie.. but you don't know how to take a relationship serious. You can't seem to keep females out your phone" I said

"I ain't fucked with nobody since we stopped talking" Malik said

"Now you lying" I said shaking my head

"How ? Ask yo brother" Malik said

"My brother a liar too" I said shaking my head

"What have I ever lied about?" Malik asked

"You really gone ask this question?" I said looking at him

"Damn you right" Malik said starting to car up

"See you even know you lying that's sad" I said chuckling

"Cause I was born a liar all I do is lie. But you changing that. Especially now since you carrying my kid" Malik said

"Oh so you changing your ways when Kaden gets here?" I asked

"Before my son get here not when he get here. Ima try to make things work with you.. shit that's if you let me though. " Malik said

"We will see where things go. " I said

"We gone see then" Malik said
