Chapter 6. Xander

Xanders POV

So after that weird encounter with Donna she avoided us the rest of her shift. Which I get to be honest, but I kinda really needed to talk to her.

Now I have to be the one to inform dad. Fun. I walked to his office and knocked on his door.

"It's open." I hear him say so I open it, but when I was about to close it my idiot brothers decided to burst through. River knocked me over the rest just peacefully walked in. Dad looked so disappointed when he saw this chaos enter his office, which I can agree to they are a disappointment. When all of us finally sat down, decided to start talking.

"So uhmm we went to visit Amelia this morning-" "Did something bad happen to Amelia!?" "No, shes fine but uhh she has this waitress and uhmm her name is Donna-" "Do you want to kidnap her to marry her or something?" Jesus christ old man let me finish. "No, but uhmm she looked like our sister Donna so Adriano asked if she knew someone named Stefani Smirnoff and she said yes but uhh-" "She looked really defensive when we said that name and then she made up an excuse to leave, saying there was a costumer waiting. While she didn't even have to go cause there were like 5 other waitresses, and it looked like she knew that person because she said something to her and then that women looked our way with a panicked expression." River continued while interrupting me. "Wait, you guys think you found mi Fiore?" "Yes dad. I think we did." Adriano said. "So I after our weird encounter with eachother I tried to talk to her so I could convince her to come home with us for a blood test but she avoided us the rest of her shift." I said. "And if she didn't want to come with us we could've drugged her to get her here." I continued while shrugging. "What no! We are not drugging her!" River exclaimed.

"I agree with River if she is really my daughter I don't think she'll ever forgive her for drugging her and I would never her." Dad said. Fine then, but if she doesn't wanna come home with us they can figure it out on their own on how to get her here.

~The next day~

So after we woke up we all decided to go for breakfast at mami's cafe. This time everyone came cause of that talk in dads office yesterday. We all got in our car, we went with 2 cause there wasn't enough space in one car. I was in a car with Alejandro, Elijah and Adriano. And in the other car were dad, Xavier, River and Matteo.

When we finally arrived at the cafe and walked in, Donna saw us enter and immediately asked someone else to take over. But before she could grab Sarah and walk away, Adriano stopped her.

"Please Donna, I know yesterday may have been weird but we need to talk." He basically begged. "If your here to take me back to Stefani I'll skip thanks." She replied with anger laced in her voice. I guess she hates Stefani, now I like her. "Why would I do that? Look just sit down with us and let us explain. Please?" She sighed and nodded, "Fine but any funny business and I will leave this country." That was a little extreme and dramatic but okay. "Deal."

We walked to a table together and went to sit down. While we were talking Sarah and Matteo were playing tag with mami. Quite cute.
