"WHAT THE FUCK IS YOUR PROBLEM" Malik yelled as I cleaned up my office
If I'm being honest I don't even know why I laid hands on shawty.
"man fuck up out of here with allat yelling" I said waving him off
Athena walked in and looked around before looking at me
"You deal with him cause i can't" Malik said leaving and slamming the door
"What happened" Athena asked
"I don't even know. I was about to take her to start her training and she said something slick and something just came over me" I said replaying the events in my head
"Why would you do that Z?" Athena asked looking at me
"I don't need to hear this right now. I know i fucked up. get out bruh" i said dismissing her
"If mom were here you know what she would do" Athena said walking towards me
"not really" i said thinking what would my mom do if she was here
"This" She slapped me on my neck and grabbed me by my ear
"You never lay hands on a female. Ever. Don't matter who in the right or wrong. Never ever let me find out you lay hands on a woman" She said with a Jamaican accent tightening her grip on my ear
"I hear you now chill out" I said as she left go of my ear
now my damn ear hot
"i'll swing by her house tomorrow and apologize" I said shrugging
"no give her some time" Athena said walking out
"thena" i called out
"hmm" she said looking back
"i'm sorry" i said
"don't let it happen again" she said pointing at me before leaving
I really do feel bad for laying hands on Sage. I have never laid hands on a woman.
After cleaning up i went to the safe in my drawer and got 10k out. I closed and locked my safe and drawer before putting the money in a duffel bag and heading towards the door.
I closed and locked my office door before heading towards the front door. On my way to the door i saw Malik smoking a blunt. He looked at me and gave me a head nod.
"i'm heading out" i said to him
"be careful out here" he said
"always" i said before leaving out the front door of the trap
I got into my black 2020 Dodge Challenger before backing out the driveway and speeding down the road
I know Athena told me to give her some time but i just wanted to get this over with and off my conscience
I parked across the street from Sage's house before looking around and exiting my car. I made my way around Sage's backyard and went through her back door.
I crept to her room before opening her door and quickly going in. I saw that she was sleeping so i went and put the duffel bag in the back of her closet. As i was about to leave her door opened making me hide behind it.
"Sage here's the tea" I'm guessing her mom said walking in
I slid into the closet and watched her mom's every move
"thank you mommy" sage said before turning over facing me
Her mom left and I waited a minute before exiting her closet and she just gave me a blank expression, like she didn't even care
"what are you doing here?" she asked still not giving me an expression
"came to drop off your cut. I doubled it" I said
"thanks" she said turning over
I walked in front of her and sat down in her desk
"I'm sorry for laying hands on you" I said sincerely
"don't worry about it" she said looking away
"imma head out now, i got shit to do" I said standing up
"bye" she said staring the wall
"and stop smoking" I said walking to the door
"you smell it" she asked not looking at me
"i got a strong ass nose so yea but i don't think your mama would smell it" i said
"Take care of yourself and drink your tea" I said leaving her room but not before i looked around to make sure that her parents weren't around
I quietly left through her front door and walked across the street to my car. I honked before i sped down the street.
