I waited and watched my phone waiting for a i response. The typing bubbles popped up but
disappeared again

I pressed his contact and called him. The phone rang and rang. As soon as i was about to hang up, i heard the call connect
"hello?" i said
"wassup" i heard zaire on the other end
"im home" i said
"yea i saw your text" he said
"well you didn't respond sooo" i replied
"i know" he replied

"why you got an attitude?" i said as a stank face appeared on my face
"don't no body got an attitude man. fuck up out of here" Zaire said as he sucked his teeth

"are you back?" my dad asked peeking his head in
"yea" i said putting on a slight smile
"how was it?" he asked
"it was the same as all the other times" i shrugged
"well maybe you should hang out with other people than the same two people." He said
"i'm good where i'm at" i chuckled
"mhm" my dad replied as he closed my door
I heard his footsteps fade and laid back down
