I decided it was best for me to take a small break away from Madison seeing as every time we're alone together for too long, we start arguing unless we're having sex. I've been contemplating breaking up with her for a little while now but, I can already see the fire that would come with that. I know that's no reason to stay when my heart isn't 100 percent in this relationship anymore but, I can't handle any public outrage right now.

Currently, I was sitting with my agents and my team in a meeting with Nike. They were pitching me an endorsement contract even though I'd had a meeting with Under Armour and Puma earlier and they pitched me an even better deal than what I'm getting right now.

"Since we've only seen you play in England and we're not sure how you'll translate to the league here, we want to get acclimated first. We're prepared to offer you $200k to $1 million for 2 years with a bonus of $200 thousand more if you make the playoffs. I think thats a reasonable price until we see what you can really bring to us and bring to the table. Right now, you're nothing more than hyped by the public and fans."

Okay ouch.

"And what about customizing my own shoe? Starting my own line with you? I think I already have a big enough following, I've won a lot of hardware, I have a pretty big name and image already-"

"Well yes but, you're new to this league, it'll take time but we could possibly see that added in the future, just not now." The Nike rep said. "Look at it this way-" he continued. "We want this to work out on both sides, we envision you to reach a high pedestal but those things take time. LeBron didn't get his own shoe until later-"

"Sorry, dude that's bs, LeBron had his first shoe his rookie year and I get it, it's different but come on, I don't mean to be that girl but, you're acting like I'm a nobody. I work my ass off and I've proven myself to be an offensive threat, I'd like a little more respect on my name dude."

"Yes well, like I said until we see what you do here, we can't just go based on what you did the past few seasons, we want to see if you can bring the same energy here in the states."

I chuckled before nodding my head. "So do we have a deal?"

"No, we don't." I said before leaving the table. "Look, one more thing, it's impossible to make it to the playoffs in your first year, all were saying is get your feet wet first, the league is hard, we have other players on contract with us, they all have evolved and proven themselves over time to work up to the big contracts."

"All I'm saying is take a chance but it's okay, I respect your outlook and I don't mean to be a bitch, excuse my language, but, I know what I'm worth and what I can do, I would've loved to be apart of the team but you're not really what I'm looking for." I finished before walking out of the room.

"Call UA back, I've made my decision." I smiled as we walked down the hallway. Under Armour was offering me creative freedom, collaborations, my own side brand with them, and $15 million over three years with an increase in pay depending on how well I play this season and the revenue I bring in. Like I said, I don't mean to be a bitch but come on, I'm not being cocky, I just know I'm great at what I do. I know I can bring in the revenue and attention and Under Armour has showed the most interest and faith in me.

I told my driver to take me to my dad's house after I went to sign the contract with the Under Armour representative. I walked into his house and was immediately greeted by Cosmo who engulfed me in a hug. "Come play!" He said excitedly as he grabbed my hand and pulled me outside in the backyard with him.

"Mommy can I get in the pool?" He said as he ran up to Scarlett who was standing at the door to the yard. "I don't want you in the pool alone."

"It's all good, I'll get in with him, I'm a fantastic swimmer might I add." I smiled before ruffing up Cosmo's hair and heading upstairs to change. "Hey dad." I said as I bumped into him. "Hey, I was just looking for you, are you busy tomorrow night?"

"Not that I know of, what's up?"

"The cast and crew are having a party after the show, I want you to come, you can bring Madison as well." I don't really want to take her to a social function because I can see it now how she'll act but I know it'd be weird to not take my girlfriend.

"Uh yeah sure, I'd love to." I smiled before he kissed my cheek and thanked me before heading into his office.

After changing quickly, I headed back outside to jump in the pool with Cosmo. He ran out not too long after I did with floaties around his arms before he jumped in with such excitement on his face. He got on my back as we swam around in the pool as Scarlett looked on, recording Cosmo and taking pictures of him.

Y/n and Cosmo continued to play on in the pool and I watched them in amazement. Since she's been here, he's been having the time of his life. He talks about her often and how much he loves having her here.

I watched as she smoothed her hair back and stood up in the shallow end of the pool. Her abs were on full display and I couldn't help but to stare. I tucked my lip between my teeth and I couldn't help the growing feeling. Colin's been working a lot recently, more than I have since I'm not filming back to back right now, so my sex life isn't as spicy as it usually is.

My view was cut off when Colin stood in front of me smiling. "Hey you." he smiled before sitting beside me and placing a kiss on me. "Hey" I said quickly as my eyes went back to the pool. I need to get out of here.

"I'm hungry" Cosmo says as Y/n helps him out of the pool and wraps him in a towel. "Come on bud" Colin grabs Cosmo and takes him upstairs to give him a bath.

Y/n walks over by me and bends over to grab the towel, giving me another view of herself. I could see a smirk forming on her lips. "You know, it's impolite to stare, Johansson." I felt my cheeks warming up as she dried herself off. "You're really good with kids." I say changing the topic of the thoughts in my head. "Yeah, I want some in the future."

"You'd make a great mom."

"Takes one to know one." She smiled and winked at me before heading inside and up the stairs. I watched her as she disappeared up the stairs. "So I'm thinking we should color coordinate for the party." Colin's voice boomed on his way downstairs interrupting my thoughts. "Eww no thats cheesy."

"It's cute, come on, we can even get Y/n in on it."

"You invited her?"

"Yeah, and Madison. Cosmo will be with my parents, it'll be like a double date night, it'll be fun." Ha yeah, fun. I gave Colin a fake smile as he went back upstairs leaving me alone. Does she have to bring her girlfriend? I don't know why I care but, I do, I just feel like it'd be weird you know? Does she know we slept together? I really need to tell Colin.
