Imagine that you had saw your mom as a zombie, though your friends had no clue. You were heartbroken that she was dead, as well as not being able to say goodbye.
But when you had shouted out, 'Mom' that's when they realised. Now that you all were hiding in a small storage closet and Dae-su hesitantly approached you.
"Y/n... I'm sorry about your mom..." Dae-su says, kneeling down.
You didn'treply and only cried more, this makes Dae-su slowly wrap his arms around you and pull your head to lean on his shoulder.
Everyone else had looked away and had a quiet chat to give you some privacy.
"Y/n, it'll slowly get better. I'm here, so is Nam-ra, Mi-jin and the others." Dae-su says quietly.
You only nod and then cried into his shoulder - Dae-su rubbing your back as you did.
You felt some comfort, as you sat there, slowly falling asleep on Dae-su's shoulder as you knew that he was right.
You had him, as well as the others. It'll take a white, but it will eventually get better.
