Joy was hired right after The Shin's inheritance was transferred to Ryujin. She was there for almost two years dahil hindi na muling kumuha ng panibagong sekretarya si Ryujin. For the past two years, si Joy lamang ang tumagal na employee sakanya dahil mas komportable si Ryujin dito.
Noong una ay puro work related lamang kung magusap ang dalawa. Pero hindi naman naging mahirap pakisamahan si Ryujin dahil mabait na boss ito kahit na madalas ay hindi ito palangiti at mailap sa tao.
Formal kung ituring ang pakikitungo ng dalawa sa isa't isa. Napagtanto niya ring hindi madaling magtiwala si Ryujin at palaging naka-kunot ang noo. Dala ng stress at paghandle nito ng buong kumpanya na binigay sakanya ng mga magulang niya.
Dahil bata pa sa mundo ng business, tanging si Joy ang naging kaagapay niya sa lahat. Tinutulungan niya ito hindi lang bilang isang sekretarya. Kundi halos maging personal assistant na nga ito ni Ryujin dahil palagi niyang sinasamahan ang dalaga sa mga events na involved ang entrepreneurs.
At ngayong araw ay mas lalong magkakalapit pa ang dalawa.

The Shins also lives in Paranaque. Where most expensive subdivisions can be found. Nakarating nadin si Joy doon. And Shins also have their own private property and stuff. May sariling waterpark sa loob at standard court size. Their whole family wealth is no joke.
