Ryujin was too early for another meeting. It's a new day. She's more motivated as she is before.
She arrived at her own company exactly at 12:57 pm. Naisipan niya munang sumaglit sa sarili niyang pundar na cafe. Malapit lang din ito sa kumpanya niya. Walking distance going here.
It has the same ambiance as their old meeting place.
She customized the design and menu. Though, not exactly the same as her favorite old cafe. But it holds the memories and nostalgia. Sa ganitong paraan nalang kasi siya nakakacope up sa tuwing namimiss niya ang college life.
Her old life.
Pumasok siya atsaka binati naman siya kaagad ng isang crew na nakaduty ngayon. "Goodmorning ma'am!" maligayang bati ng isang part time student na hinire niya dito.
She wanted to help any working students, most especially, college students who's struggling with family finances.
She knew their struggle.
Just like how she used to help her ex's financial problem.
"Goodmorning." Ryujin smiled back at the crew. "How was your exam yesterday?" she asked, still smiling at the crew.
Tuwang tuwa namang sinagot ito ng employee niyang working student. "Ma'am shin! I passed the exam po. Sobrang thank you kasi binigyan niyo ko ng day off para makapag review at prepare sa exam. Tsaka yung advance payment po para makaabot ako ng bayaran sa finals. H-hindi ko po alam kung paano ako makapagpapasalamat sainyo. Pero hulog po talaga kayo ng langit." mangiyak ngiyak na sabi ng working student dahil sa tuwa.
Ryujin's smile widen. "I'm glad I could help you." the working student handed Ryujin her favorite mocha bread and Iced coffee. They already prepared her for that, dahil alam na nila kung ano ang favorite menu ng kanilang boss.
She took it and quickly finds a seat near at the transparent glass. Where the outside streets can be seen from the spot. This is such a nice a view.
Their usual spot that used to be their favorite.
Umupo siya near at the left corner side of the cafe. Malapit sa may entrance. Walang masyadong tao ngayon dahil katatapos lang ng lunch break. Probably mga nasa office na sila. Crowded lang ang place tuwing umaga atsaka lunch. Pag maghahapon na ay kakaunti na lamang ang nadating. Madalas mga nagtatrabaho din sa Shin Company ang mga customers nito.
