While waiting for Jungkook to arrive in his car, Taehyung feels a mild pain in his chest.

"Hello, Hyung," Jungkook said as he shut the car door. Ignoring the minor chest pain, Taehyung greets the younger with a soft smile.

Taehyung starts the car and puts on Troye Sivan's "Strawberries and Cigarettes," one of his favorite songs. Jungkook gives him a look before singing along with Taehyung.

Looking ahead of the road, Jungkook says, "Such a beautiful song, the lyrics are actually quite meaningful.

Taehyung smiles at him and says softly, "yes, beautiful like you." Jungkook blushes at this and turns to face Taehyung, who is already staring at him.

"By the way, where are we going?" Jungkook inquires of Taehyung, his eyes wide with curiosity.

"It's a surprise for you, Guggkie." Taehyung grunts as he takes a right turn on the road.

Jungkook gives a nod and looks out the window. He realizes Taehyung has a heart condition when he sees an ambulance pass by. To keep his sobs at bay, he bites his lips until his vision blurs. His throat is constricted, and he has a hollow feeling in the pit of his stomach. He understands how difficult it is to cure this disease because his own father died from it due to a lack of a donor. He lost his father two years ago, and now his own love, Taehyung, is suffering from the same illness. At the very least, he can't afford to lose him this time. He feels helpless. When he lost his father, he still remembers his mother's cries.Even if they aren't together, he just wants his taehyung to be alive and in good health.

"Guggkie, Guggkie, Guggkie. "Are you even paying attention to what I'm saying?" Taehyung says looking at him with a perplexed expression Jungkook looks at Taehyung and realizes they have arrived at their destination.
"I'm truly sorry, Hyung." Jungkook continues, but Taehyung cuts him off by saying, "It's okay, Guggkie." Let's go out; I'm excited to surprise you.

Taehyung and Jungkook exit the car. The voice of the waves can be heard by Jungkook. Yes, he was brought to the beach by Taehyung.

"This is one of my favorite places, Guggkie; I often come here when I'm feeling down." And today we're so lucky that we even have the moon to join us in our celebration." Taehyung smiles as he looks at the moon.

Taehyung turns to face Jungkook, who is already staring at him. "I-I'll bring the mat and the rest of the stuff," Older says as he walks towards the car. While Taehyung is gone, Jungkook smiles at the beautiful moon.

“ Happy birthday dear Guggkie.”Jungkook turns around to see Taehyung standing behind him, holding a cake. Jungkook gives Taehyung a smile.

Jungkook closes his eyes and prays for Taehyung's health and happiness before cutting the cake. He blinks open his eyes and cuts the cake.

While they were gazing at the moon,
Taehyung takes out a small box and hands it to Guggkie. "This is intended for you; please accept it." Jungkook chuckles as he looks at him.
Jungkook accepts and opens the gift. He notices two rings in it.

"Two rings, Hyung." If I'm not mistaken, these are the couple's rings?" Jungkook inquired as he examined the ring's design.

"Yes, because I won't be around for long, I want you to give it to someone you care about the most." Taehyung stated as he looked at the jungkook.

"Hyung, could you please stand up?" Jungkook said as he stood up. Now that they're both standing, Jungkook gets down on his knees and says, "Hyung, as you said, give it to someone you love the most." I'm giving you this ring because I've always loved you. I want to be with you for the rest of my life. I want to love you forever; I'm not sure if you love me as much as I love you, but I'll always be here waiting for you. Please accept this ring because I adore you." Jungkook confessed his eyes welled up with tears.
