Torrence has since been taken home, Daniel has visited once and it was to drop off receipts proving he paid the hospital bill. He once again apologized to Torrence. Sam was with him. She hugged Torrence, apologizing again for putting her in this position and for never telling her but she was happy to have her as a sister. "We're not sisters, Samantha." Torrence almost snaps. "I mean, technically-" "Technically nothing. We're not sisters." She reiterates angrily. "Torrence, that's enough." Daniel scolds as Eliza opens the door. "What are you doing here?" She hisses at them with a glare.

"He came to drop these off. They were just leaving." Torrence says, glaring at them as well. "Sorry. Yeah. We're going. Sam." He motions her with him and they leave. Miguel and Carmen walk in seconds later. "What was Mr. LaRusso doing here?" Miguel asks. "Oh ya know, dropping off receipts, and having Sam call us sisters." Torrence shrugs. "Woah, hold on, what? Sisters?" He questions, brows furrowing. "Right, I forgot to tell you. Daniel is my dad." She spits with distaste. "You're related to Mr. LaRusso?" "Yep. Didn't know 'til the other day when he visited me." She shrugs.

"Holy shit." He mumbles. "Does Sensei know? I can't imagine he was happy about it." He continues. "Speaking of Johnny, he's coming over at ten." Torrence tells her mom. "That's not gonna work unless he's willing to wait." Carmen says. "Willing to wait for what?" Torrence asks. "You've got physical therapy today." Eliza answers. "I thought that didn't start until tomorrow?" Torrence's brows furrow in confusion. "He had an opening today." "Ah. Okay." She nods. Eliza, Carmen, and Miguel were standing around Torrence as the physical therapist moved her legs.

"Let's go, Speed racer. I'm gonna work those gimpy legs like a..." Everyone can hear Johnny as he opens the door. "Rented mule." He trails off when he sees the physical therapist. "Sorry, I thought you said 10 that you'd be alone." He apologizes. "I'm sorry. Ms. Diaz gets free physical therapy from her work. And this was the only time Brayden was available." Torrence explains. "Mahalo." Brayden says. "Be done soon if you wanna wait." Torrence shrugs slightly. "Now, if you're feeling any pain, hermana, let me know." Brayden says, patting her knee. "Still no feeling whatsoever."

She continues staring up at the ceiling. "No worries. Positive thoughts, remember? You're doing great." He assures. "At what, letting you lift her legs?" Johnny scowls, not enjoying the way Brayden is looking at Torrence. She laughs. "Johnny, Brayden is a specialist in this field. He knows what he's doing." Eliza says. "Slow, deep breaths." Brayden says, breathing deeply. "Inhale joy and love." He continues. "You gotta be shitting me." Johnny scoffs. "Johnny... can I talk to you for a minute?" Eliza says, motioning Johnny off to the side. Torrence looks up at Carmen who smooths down the girl's hair with a small smile.

"So, Diaz, did your mom drag you along, or did Johnny tell you to meet him here?" Torrence asks, looking over at him. "Can it be both?" He jokes. "See, I knew you didn't come to see me." Torrence jokes in return. Carmen laughs at the two before Eliza motions her over. She pats Torrence's shoulder before going over to Eliza and Johnny. Outside, Torrence sits behind Brayden in her wheelchair as he packs things into his trunk. "Great job today, jefa. You crushed it." He holds out his fist. Miguel and Johnny roll their eyes from behind her. "Really? It didn't feel like I did much."

She fist bumps him. "Hey, no negative thoughts. Just positive energy." He says, scanning her over. "I'll, uh, keep that in mind." She answers. He clicks his tongue, pointing a finger gun at her before getting in his car and pulling away. She turns the wheelchair around, starting to go inside when a twenty dollar bill drops down. "What's this?" Torrence asks, looking up at Johnny and Miguel who had moved to the second floor. "It's twenty bucks." Johnny says obviously. "No shit, but why're you dangling it in my face?" She questions. "I'm motivating you." He answers.
