'Assembly'
I attempted to push the thoughts to the side and ignore all the events of the past few days.
I headed back to my dorm room, quietly opening the door to not wake Pansy up and tucked myself into my bed where i soon fell asleep.

As the beeping of my morning alarm woke me from my deep sleep, my eyes fluttered open to see Pansy already dressed for first period.
"Morning sleepy"
She smiled, pulling up one of her knee high socks.
"Mhm"
I grumbled, propping myself up onto my elbows and rubbing my tired eyes.
"Are you excited for Dumbledores speech later?"
She mentioned, reminding me of the events to take place later today.
"Oh yeah. About Yule ball right?"
I dragged myself out of bed and began to get dressed.
"Yes! Well that's what everyone reckons"
She replied taking a seat at her desk and gazing into the mirror where she began to apply her makeup.
"Should be interesting, you going with anyone special?"
Once i had gotten dressed i headed into the bathroom to brush my teeth whilst still keeping the conversation with Pansy running.
"Not sure yet, but everyone's been talking about Viktor wanting to go with you!"
She squealed raising her voice a bit so i could hear her from the bathroom.
"krum?"
I spat, trying my best to be clear with tooth paste in my mouth.
"What about cum?"
She giggled applying her blush.
I spat the tooth paste into the sink, wiped my mouth and headed back into our shared room where i raised a brow at her in the mirror earning a laugh.
"He is, do you not remember that letter?"
She continued spinning in her chair to face me.
"Letter? What letter?"
I swear she's making this all up. Viktor never gave me any letter.
"When you were in medical, maybe it was just a rumour then."
She sighed standing up and swinging her bag over her shoulder.
"Yeah. We should probably go before Lupin kills us for being late again."
I explained grabbing my bad and keys leaving our dorm room. I couldn't be bothered to put any makeup on today, i only have one lesson then Dumbledores speech so i'll probably just sleep the rest of the day anyways.
As we wondered into class on time my eyes focused on the tall oak wardrobe that i was introduced to a little while back. Not this again.
"Ahh miss Parkinson, Miss Taylor, on time today i see"
Professor Lupin phrased. I'm not sure if he's proud or just surprised.
"Maybe something will show for you today"
Blaise smiled at me pulling me over to him and Draco in the corner of the room. I flashed Hermione a smile from the other side of the room hoping no one was watching.
"So to start today off, is there anyone who didn't get to try last week?"
Lupin scanned the room for a rase of hand but was surprised to see none.
"Well if i'm not mistaken, Mr. Riddle, you did not participate"
All eyes followed the teachers gaze to Mattheo who was leant against the back wall with a smirk as if he knew he didn't have to do it.
"Yeah i'm good sir"
He chuckled leaning further on the wall winking at a few of the slutty slytherins. Ugh typical.
"You need to participate Mattheo. Or i will have no choice but to fail you"
The professor fought back crossing his arms over.
