Wilbur had thought it would be painless, but he was very, very wrong.

He thought he would slip into a sleep and never wake up, but that's not what happened.

When the pain first came, he managed to soundlessly slip into his bathroom. Luckily, Tommy was already asleep. After half an hour, he was rocking back and forth, sweating profusely, his heart racing. His breathing was getting profusely faster and shallower and he couldn't think straight.

He thought he had a high pain tolerance given everything that had happened to him in his life, but nothing could have prepared him for the pain in his stomach. It felt as if he was burning from the inside out, as if he were being repeatedly stabbed. An hour after taking the pills he was biting down on a towel to stop himself from screaming, tears running down his face, his entire body shaking, his muscles seizing. His head was pounding, and he felt as if tiny insects were crawling all over him, repeatedly stinging him.

Wilbur thought it would be painless, but it was quite the opposite.

A/N: Thank you very much for reading this whole thing. I was planning on a happy ending initially, but when I thought about it I just decided that it wouldn't be realistic.

Please, if you're struggling, there is help out there. You're worth fighting for.
