I said habang dahan dahan na lumapit sa kanya.
"Where have you been?" He asked.
He sounds so calm pero seryoso pa rin ang mukha.
"Uh.. I just had dinner with Sandro and Vinny." I answered.
Libby was just listening sa likuran ni dad.
"I see. So hindi ka na naman kakain ng sabay sa amin?" Nagtaka naman ako sa tanong nya.
He's not mad?
"Wait. You're not mad?" I asked out of curiousity.
He nodded no.
Kahit si Libby nagulat din.
"Pumasok ka na and magpahinga. I know you had a long day."
I smiled at him and nodded yes.
"Yes dad. Thanks." Sagot ko and pumasok agad.
Asar na asar naman ang itsura ni Libby pagdaan ko sa kanya.
I went inside my room para magbihis and to check my social media accounts.
Continuous pa rin ang pagpost ko sa Dear Sandro but it seems like hindi pa rin nakikita ng mga tao.
Mabuti na lang din kasi confession na 'yong ginagawa ko dito eh.
Bigla naman may kumatok sa kwarto ko.
Baka si Libby na naman to. Hay naku.
"Clarion?" It was Julie.
"Um. Yeah?" I asked.
"Pwede ba akong pumasok?" She asked habang nasa pintuan ko pa.
"Yes. Sure." Medyo nasa mood ako today eh.
Hindi ako napagalitan ni dad.
"I just wanted to consult you about something."
'Pag ito about na naman kay Libby at Sandro--
"It's your dad's birthday na this saturday." She continued.
Oo nga pala.
Birthday na ni dad.
"Right. What about it?" I asked.
"I was thinking na magpaparty. Invite all his constituents."
Nag-isip naman ako.
"Is this gonna be a formal party?" I asked.
She nodded.
"And we wanted to invite the Marcoses din. I hope you can tell them to come."
"What about Libby?"
"She's Sandro's fiancé." I said.
She just chuckled.
"Alam mo naman yung step sister mo na 'yon mahiyain."
Luh.
Mahiyain na pala yun?
"Okay. I'll tell them." Sagot ko.
Nag-iisip naman ako ng ireregalo kay dad.
"And Clarion, this is just our little secret but I think your dad is planning to introduce you as his real daughter." Tugon nya naman bigla.
