"Bro, why would you reconsider the wedding again?" Simon asked me habang nagda-drive pauwi.

"I have to. I have to be near Clarion to find out what really is going on." I said.

"You saw her.. there was this hesistation on her face." I continued.

"Yeah. I know." He answered.

I looked at Simon and I saw his expression.

Parang may alam din sya eh.

"Why did you say kay Tito Vince na si Libby ang pinunta ko doon kanina?" I asked.

"Uh.. nothing bro.. I just thought that was the right thing to say.."

He was anxious.

"Simon." I said in a very authoritative voice.

"I swear." He said.

"Simon!" I raised my voice a bit.

He looked at me with this hesistant expression.

"Okay.. okay.. Back there... when we entered... I looked at Clarion and she gave me this odd look."

Kumunot naman ang noo ko.

"What do you mean?"

"She was like shaking her head a bit when you were about to say kung sino ang pinuntahan mo doon."

He explained.

"Kaya sinabi ko na lang na si Libby 'yong pinunta mo."

That makes sense.

"I swear there is something going on and if I have to deal with this wedding stuff I will, so I could help Clarion." I told him.

The next day, nagkita naman kami ni Libby sa mall.

So we can discuss the "wedding" again.

"Hi." She was so cheerful ng pumasok sya sa coffee shop.

"Hey." I said.

"Kamusta ka?" I asked.

"I'm good. Actually, I'm excited kasi you changed your mind na." She answered.

I gave her a faint smile.

"Yeah.. um.."

"Naka-move on ka na ba kay Clarion?" Bigla naman sya nagtanong.

"What?"

"I mean, before she left, you two were so inlove. Tapos bumalik sya na engaged na kay Apollo." She said.
