Tommy stared at the sunset before him and Tubbo both sitting in calming silence. The world had become overwhelming for the two teens, both taking in the small break they get from the chaotic world around them. Even so, Tommy couldn't help but speak.

"Tubbo?" His voice was small, cloudy blue eyes staring at the pinks and oranges before them. Tubbo turned towards his friend, a huge smile on his face and the familiar sparkle in his green eyes.

"Yeah?" Tommy smiled, turning towards his best friend.

"No matter what, promise me that it'll always be you and me against the world, yeah?" Tubbo's smile grew wider, a giggle leaving his lips before punching Tommy's shoulder.

"Of course! You and me against the whole world! Nothing can change that." Tommy smiled, a laugh soon leaving his lips too as he looked towards the sky again.

"Yeah, nothing can change that."

"Tubbo?" Tommy's eyes were misty as he started at his best friend, who didn't even look back at him. He stared at the ground, green eyes dark as he frowned. Tommy couldn't help but let his wings fluff up in fear, his blue eyes staring at the other in hope and horror.

Dream came up behind Tommy, his hand settling onto his shoulder with a tight grip. The avian couldn't help but flinch at the contact. Tommy hated it, gulping down a whimper before looking back towards the masked man only to see him staring at him. He looked back to Tubbo, the president now staring at him with a glare.

"Go Tommy." His voice was hostile, nothing like the sweet tone Tommy grew up with. Everyone surrounding them was silent, all watching with shocked expressions unsure what to do.

"Tu-"

"GO TOMMY." The blond flinched at his friend yelling, feeling his eyes turn misty as the reality of the situation fell onto him. He was tugged back, Dream muttering a 'c'mon' before dragging him away from the crowd. Even though he knew Dream was talking, and Ghostbur was now next to them trying to also get his attention, he couldn't help but feel betrayed.

Had Tubbo really just exiled Tommy? He couldn't believe this, it was supposed to be him and Tubbo against the world. They had sworn to always be there for one another, to watch one another's backs. Tommy couldn't help but drown his surroundings out, and even as he climbed into the boat Dream was forcing him into he couldn't help but ignore everything else. He had been exiled, again.

Two Weeks Later. . .

"Dream please! I'm sorry!" Tommy whimpered out, curling into a ball as Dream grabbed his hair to pull his bloodied face to look at his mask. The usual porcelain white was now smeared red from Tommy's fighting during the beating, and even though he couldn't see the man's face he knew he was angry.

"Why don't you ever listen?!" Useless sobs left Tommy's throat, globs of tears falling down his reddened and bruised cheeks. Even though he knew no one would save him he couldn't help but hold hope that someone would hear his broken state and rescue him from this nightmare. Dream didn't care about his crying though, if anything it angered him. His grip on Tommy's hair grew tighter, the man slamming his head down into the grassy ground hard before letting go. "It's not that hard Tommy! If you followed my rules this wouldn't be happening!" This wasn't the first time Dream did this, and Tommy was sure this wouldn't be the last.

"I'm sorry! I won't do it again I swear!" He cried out, his brown wings wrapping around him as if it was a protective shield. It was better to just listen to Dream than letting the torture continue, even if it was something Tommy didn't agree with.
