-Oh, for Merlin's sake! Ron, this place looks disgusting. - A voice said while how the door opened

-Rather you look disgusting. - Another voice corrected behind

Fred and George shared a glance, a bit worried by seeing their younger that way.

Ron was stretched on his bed, eating leftover pizza from the other day. He was depressed, sad, without wanting to do nothing but curse at himself.

Why couldn't he be like Viktor Krum? Obviously Hermione had chosen the famous guy over the ginger.

But Ron never thought that it would be so difficult facing the truth. Him and Hermione weren't a couple anymore.

-Hey, why does it smell so bad? - Harry's voice now asked appearing - Oh, never mind... I think I know the answer.

-You want a photo or something? - Ron asked while taking another pizza box and starting to eat

After the second magical war, things seemed to get better... for the majority of people. Otherwise, for Ron, it was like hell.

-I think... I think you should take a shower. You know... to avoid intoxicating us. - Fred said crossing his arms

-Why don't you take a shower? - Ron asked angrily - Leave me alone and go away.

Harry and Fred rolled their eyes and left, complaining about the stink that came from the bedroom and from Ron himself. On the other hand, George kept staring at him.

Ron narrowed his eyes by seeing the he didn't say anything. So he decided to ignore him.
-We're not telling you all this to bother you, Ronnie. - George finally said

-First, don't call me Ronnie. Second, I don't care about anything you tell me. I'm okay like this. You may now leave. - Ron said turning around while covering himself with the blanket

George sighed loudly while closing the door, complaining mentally about his brother.

After that, he opened the curtains and windows, making the daylight enter.
-George, stop! - Ron said while feeling how his brother took the blanket from him and threw all the wrappings and food to the trash

-Now, you'll go take a shower if you don't want me to shower you myself with dad's hose. I want you at the dining room in ten minutes. - George said before exiting the room

Ron sat on his bed, thinking if he should shower or not. Would it be risky no to do so? His dad's hose was hurtful and it wasn't convenient for him to challenge George...

-Great. - He said with clear sarcasm while standing up with frustration and go to the bathroom to wash himself up

When George walked down the stairs, he found Harry and Fred talking.
-By the way, where's Molly? - The brown haired asked

-You already know. Victoire doesn't know how to eat without having mom near her. Bill spoiled her so she went for a few days to teach her. - Fred said while drinking something from the fridge

-Because of that, Ron takes advantage of the opportunities to not do anything. - His twin said while making him company
-Yes. But when Ginny asked us for help to take him out of bed, we didn't doubt in accepting. - Fred continued

-Yeah. I hate seeing him like this. - Harry said - I thought that... I don't know. I thought him and Hermione were a really good couple.

-We all thought that. - The twins said in unison

In that instant, Ron walked down the stairs with cleaner clothes and his face clean, leaving Fred and Harry surprised.
-What? - Ron asked while walking towards the fridge to look for more food

George rolled his eyes.
-You should go out... It's been a while since you haven't spent time with someone. That's bad over time. - He said to which the younger ginger laughed

-Yeah, sure. Whatever you say. - He said while sitting back on the couch

In that instant, Ginny entered the Burrow along with a dog with a huge smile.
-Harry. - She said happily while approaching him to kiss him

-I'm gonna be sick. - Ron announced, watching the displays of affection from the couple, earning a glare from Fred

-I can see you made him get out of his room... - The ginger girl said looking at her brother - How are you feeling?

The same question as always.
-Great. How's it going with taking care of dogs? - He asked sarcastically

-Great in fact. The truth is that Zeus is a lovely puppy. Isn't that right, sweetie? - She asked the dog who moved his tale with excitement

To get some extra help, Ginny volunteered to take dogs for a walk and take care of them while their owners couldn't. How she loved those animals. The ginger girl didn't have any problem with that.

The dog approached Ron who was calmly eating a kebab and tried to take it away from him.
-Hey! Stupid dog, back off! - He told him, making strange gestures, provoking the dog want to play

-Hey, hey, hey. Watch out who you're talking to. Zeus is too important for his owner so be careful. - She said while taking the dog

The puppy still wanted to play with Ron who glared at him. Nevertheless, Ginny put him his strap on.
-I only came to see if this idiot got out of bed. For what I see, everything's okay so I'll go take a walk. Does someone want to come? - She asked to which Harry made her company

Fred and George looked at Ron who was still eating his kebab.
-You know what? I can't have you being here anymore. We're going to Weasley Wizarding Wheezes. - Fred said standing up

-You can go. - Ron said to which he felt George's look, indicating that he knew where his father's hose was - Okay, I'll go with you.

-Good. - George said happily while entering the chimney

When they arrived at the store, it was a bit full as always.
-Fred, George, I'm very overwhelmed in here. - Ron said watching all those people buying articles

-Well, you can always go for a walk. Remember we'll have dinner together so, when you've finished taking some air, come back here, alright? - George asked him to which Ron nodded

And, without realising, the ginger boy was now walking calmly through the streets of Diagon Alley.

WELCOME TO MY ONLY EXCEPTION, BITCHES. This is one of the stories that made fall in love with Ron. He's so cute in here.

I tell you that I'll update this story every two days because I'm gonna be writing this story on my phone and I don't want to overwhelm myself everyday by writing the chapters for this story.

Oh, one more thing before I forget. The original story doesn't have names for the chapters so I asked permission to the author if I could put them in here. I'm still waiting for her/his answer.
