Current Theme of TSG Awards: Positive Thoughts ✨👑

Welcome to The Savant G. Awards to be held in May 2022 by the SG Community. This is so far the fifth award hosted and we believe it has been a long-anticipated event by many xD (I swear you guys exploded our notifications the previous time we hosted the awards)

For this round, there will be a total of twelve genres (yes you heard it right 12!) and they can be listed below as such:
1) Romance
2) Fantasy
3) Paranormal/Supernatural
4) Horror/Thriller
5) Mystery
6) Poetry (back as a separate genre due to popular demand in the previous TSG Awards)
7) Humour/Teen Fic
8) Action/Sci-Fi
9) Young Adult
10) Historical Fiction
11) Short Story
12) Fanfiction

It is important to note that we only accept books that follow Wattpad's Guidelines which mean no storyline that revolves around explicit smut scenes, no content promoting or making light of bestiality, underage sex, sexual abuse/assault, and rape. This especially applies to genres such as Werewolves and Vampires. If you have content containing kidnapping for sexual purposes that is already considered sexual assault. If your book contains content that is meant for a mature audience, specifically sensitive triggering topics such as suicide, self-harm, depression, sex scenes or political issues like racism, please label your book as Mature when filling in the forms.

Faded-to-back scenes and light mentions of the above topics will not count your book as Mature, so don't worry about that. In the case you are not sure, please post a comment and we can help you to check.

With that, the next chapters will pertain to the Rules to join TSG Awards as well as the Forms. This event is hosted by SG Management Team consisting of a bunch of friendly and cool people, as well as Andie, our professional consultant who is also very much in charge of April's Fool Update. We are delighted to have the opportunity to once again host this (after a long break), and we hope you have fun along the process <3

To be clear, the SG Community is not affiliated with The Wattys nor is TSG Awards a render of aforementioned official contest hosted by Wattpad. We are solely a small community of members consisting from different Worlds that have grown by persevering through our efforts. We are also not paid for hosting any of such events.
