Hi everyone! , so I recently got hospitalized due to my mental health again , I was at an impatient facility for about 2 weeks from april 22 - may 5 , but during that time at the hospital I did alot of thinking and alot of talking and I came to the realization that I didnt know anything outside of taking care of my disabled mother and trying to make sure that my family doesnt fall apart , I have absolutely no idea who I am yet I dont like anything about me , I don't know what my favorite color is or even my favorite food , and thinking about it I dont even know if i like making kandi and coloring ( my hyperfixations ) or if I only like them because they're coping skills that have been pushed on me , I've never actually felt like I matter and done something for me so I decided that I will be going to a residential facility for about 3 to 6 months , this book will be on pause but I will be revising it before I leave to my facility
