April 8th, 2014:

We had finished promoting Boy In Luv, but were now promoting Just One Day, the other title track of Skool Love Affair album. We were doing shows and radio and performances all over again.

We were currently in the MBC studios to film Weekly Idol. We had arrived dressed in our clothes for the show at 9am, but still had to get our makeup done.

"I can't believe we're on Weekly Idol," says Taehyung.

"I know right! This is like the show," Jungkook agrees.

I had heard of this show, and even watched a few episodes. I thought some parts of it were funny, but the punishments always seemed really intense for me, so I was slightly worried about that aspect of the show. IU had also texted me when I told her I was going on the show that they can be really severe and love making the idols uncomfortable for the sake of humour, so I shouldn't take anything too seriously and remember to be professional. She remembered a time she got hit with the toy hammer really hard and just had to smile through the pain. So, I was looking forward to the show on the basis that it would give us a wider audience and hopefully more fans, and she had said that if you're on the hosts' good side, then I had nothing to worry about, but I was worried about getting a punishment with my already not so great health and on their bad side. I just had to really remember to be professional and act like a stereotypical girl so as to not get embarrassed and harassed.

"BTS, please be on standby!" shouts a producer.

We all stand up, our makeup artists making final touches, before going to stand just off stage so Defconn and Hyung-don to make the show introduction.

"For just one day, let us unearth their charms. Having a comeback with Just One Day, Bangtan Boys!" shouts Hyung-don.

We walk on and pretend to get shot with the MCs imaginary guns. Jungkook even falls to the ground, almost tripping Jimin and me.

We do our usual procedure of doing our introduction, repeating what we said because the hosts didn't understand, and then Hoseok explains the meaning of the name. It had really become routine for us.

"Wow, you have such hard names. Suga, Rap Monster, J-Hope, Y/N..." reads Defconn, "J-hope? Are you an overseas Korean?".

Everyone laughs dramatically.

"No, I'm not, I'm from Gwangju," he laughs.

"Oh, ok ok. But Y/N, you're definitely not from Korea, right?" asks Hyung-don.

"No, no I'm not. How did you know?" I ask smiling a little too widely.

"Well, just your look. You're not really the Korean physique," he explains.

"Oh Really?" I ask looking down at myself, "do I give myself away that easily?" I joke.

"No no, we're just experts on Korea," corrects Defconn making everyone laugh once more.

We then moved onto a segment where we each rapped a bit and the hosts would see if we were rappers or singers and do a bit of banter. Most of the boys had already gone, there was only me, Hoseok, and Namjoon left. I'm about to speak after they finished with Jimin, but they speak before I could.
