pregnant marylou and stephanie sat in marylous kitchen, both talking about their new discovery.

"they're going to be great friends i'm sure. i can't wait!" stephanie exclaimed to her best friend across the table. the women were ecstatic to be pregnant together.

2007
the triplets chased young loreli around the backyard, water balloons in hand. though they were only 4 so they couldn't talk well, so giggles filled in.

"i'm so glad she gets along with the boys, i don't know what i would do without you. i can barely take care of jacob with mark gone all the time, much less another baby" stephanie thanked marylou as they sat in the grass, watching jacob throw balloons at the kids.

"you're always welcome. i love jacob and young lia like my own. i'm pretty sure justin and the boys would go insane without your wonderful children."

2010
stephanie knocked on the sturniolos door at 11pm in the pouring rain, 15 year old justin carrying his sleeping sister behind stephanie.

"auntie stephanie? what's going on?" justin asked as he opened the door to see his soaked aunt and best friend.

"can we come in?"

sure enough, justin opened the door wider and let in the family. jacob set the sleeping child onto the couch before going upstairs with justin, loreli was only dry because jacob had used a rain jacket to cover her.

stephanie walked into the kitchen to see jimmy and marylou, confused as ever.

"mark left me. for good." stephanie said before bursting into tears.

2012
loreli rolled her eyes as she walked down the aisle, throwing flower petals on the ground as her mother followed.

she smiled when she saw nicolas, christopher, and matthew though. they were the only things that had made her happy in the past few months.

stephanie walked down the silk trail, eyes locked with her fiancé, before breaking eye contact with him and looking at her daughter, who stood where bridesmaids stand usually with marylou. jacob was behind them, the first male bridesmaid the priest had ever seen.

before loreli could say anything, stephanie and john were married.

2013
"we're moving to LA for jacobs career, john is set on it" stephanie broke the news to her best friend, who was of course happy for her but also sad she was leaving.

stephanie and jacob were excited, loreli on the other hand, was not.

she was upstairs, hugging her best friends as tightly as she could knowing it was the last time she'd ever hug them again.

the family watched as john and stephanie's SUV drove away, loreli sobbing and leaning out the window with her hand holding matt's as long as she could.

matt tried to run with the car, but his weak 9 year old legs gave out quick. loreli leaned out the window more, staring at the 3 boys who were also crying.

2016
12 year old stephanie stood in the crowd pit with her mother as her brother ran into stage.

"what's up los angeles!!" he screamed, making the fangirls scream. loreli just kept her arms up and smiled at her brother.

"today someone very special is in the crowd, my baby sister lorelie!" he yelled, pointing at the girl who leaned against the barrier.

"this one's for you sis, love you" he finished, leaving loreli to scream back an 'i love you too', everyone hearing before jacob began performing.

he was singing his song that she wrote, everyone loved it even though it was written by a 12 year old.

"your mother was in a fatal car accident on her way home from work. i'm sorry, she didn't make it"

"sure josh. i'll go out with you."
